Some of Brazilīs most beautiful beaches are on this tiny island located 1hr (by air) east of Natal. A special place to take a favorita. I believe thereīs only 1 hotel. All other accomodations are small pousadas. Rooms, restaurants, groceries, store items, everything cost 2x more than in RJ/SP. Plus, all visitors must pay an environmental tax upon arrival at the airport. Itīs a significant amt if you plan to stay more than 10 days. Daily flights from Natal & Recife.

Vila de Rremedios is the largest vila. Didnt find any p4p options or clubs on the ilha. A few restaurants/bars have forro parties. BYOG or hook up w/ other travelers. Local girls not very pretty.
