Alejandra was there in May, she has massive boobs after a boob job she sorely didn't need. She tried to work 1 week after the surgery and asked me if I wanted a chance to break the new boobs in. She still had the bandages on and I asked if the boobs were sore and she said they were so I passed. Yes I have photos.

AFAIK, the crew that went to Panama were 2 of the Natalia's, Samy, Katherine and the tall skinny Sandra, there may have been more but I know those girls did go although they have had mixed experiences. Yes, I do msn with a couple of them almost nightly

Wow, that job does seem ridiculously big.

It's pretty weird this phenomena of the monster-sized silly-cones on relatively small-framed bodies. You don't really see that in Brazil but it seems to be all the rage in Colombia.

The price is just a bit out of reach of most girls, but there are these layaway plans and that's how many of these prepagas end up being millions of pesos in debt. Because once they have the monster boobs, I'll bet the chica also starts spending even more on clothes & makeup than before; I suspect some of these girls never really make all that much in this biz.

The looks competition amongst women in Colombia, especially in Medellin, is insane. These girls see the models with the big boobs on the web sites, the tv soap operas, the nightclubs, beauty pageants, and fashion shows and they want the same even if it makes no sense physically on their body.

So this "need" to compete and be ahead of the other girls is what makes them do it. Also, maybe the local guys prefer that look which adds to the pressure. So they become a Colombian version of a Barbie doll!

I actually often enjoy the look despite the obvious artifice of it, but I can understand why some guys can be turned off by it. Still, it's not something that I must have; I can enjoy small or natural mid-size boobs as well. As long as they're not sagging, it's all good.

On a side note, what about the surgeon's role? Do they even try to counsel these girls? I suspect they charge more for more silicone so maybe in addition to the social pressure, the doctors benefit from the larger sizes as well so they shut up, or maybe even try to upsell. . . ??

What a freaking butchering, It looks like she had perfect ones prior.. I dont think there is any pre surgery professional psychological analysis and all the surgeons see is $ signs. This accompanied with watching too much El Cartel and Sin Senos Noy Hay Paraiso = big disaster.

It broke my heart when I saw Alejandra, I was walking my afternoon snack to room #12 and she recognized me came over to give me a hug/kiss, I immediately said "oh those are new...." She was wearing a loosely fitting sports bra as she was still sore. The bra in the photo I gave her, it's a 36C and she's falling out of it. My guess is she went from a 34B to 36D if not 36DD. There was absolutely no reason for it.

Don't have any good pics of "tall skinny Sandra" and she's another one that changes her appearance every few months, I've seen a few of her posted by her facebook friends but this is what she looked like the night I met her last November.

Uh, one of the biggest turn offs for me when im banging AFTER I get her clothes off is the "snakes" on the stomach, ass or tits. A close second besides a stinky box. Sometimes I wish we could see before we buy.

That is a shame about Alejandra. She could have used a very small enhancement, but those pics make her look ridiculous. She previously had some work done on her stomach and butt which made her look great.
