All three cities are different. Cartagena has the beach and I think it depends on the time of year. A lot of people you see do not live in Cartagena. I have been there once. I brought a girl from cali. The beach is not the nicest. The beach is fun to party !I saw nice girls in the clubs but I was not sure if they were by themselves or not.

Cali. girls are easy to approach. less gringos. lots of working and nonworking girls. city is not a clean as medellin but there are nice parts of town. It is a working city so it slows down some during the week. everyone is out thurs/fri/sat.

medellin. upscale. some people say the women are not as friendly as cali. had good times at the casas.
