There's some photoshopping, bait and switch and all the other hazards associated with escort websites. Your best bet is to go to gpguia.net and read the reviews.

Keeping in mind though gpguia.net cannot be accessed from within the U.S., at least not unless you do some real fancy footwork.

Also, gpguia.net is a Portuguese language site and although one can get the gist of what is going on with very basic Portuguese, it would not be easy if you don't speak any (and the free translations available on the web tend to only be marginally helpful.
