I walked by this last night and asked them how much for a room. 90,000cop single 100,000cop double. I did not ask if there were guest fees. It is right in the middle of the bars.

I have been staying here. They are pretty nice. The hot water can be hit or miss and the internet is hit or miss. they do have wifi if it is working. they have a router on each floor so the signal is strong if they are working. password is 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 0 . i have been paying 80,000k for a single. they did not charge me for a guest so far.
it is right in the middle of the bars so it is loud. it is right around the corner from Cali Plaza. you can walk to Granada (close), Chipachape (15 to 20 minutes) and clincal de amor (10 minutes). there is several interent cafes close if there is not working.
they also have computers downstairs and a small restraunt.
