Presidential #2. 10 to 12 minute cab ride to Zona Rosa.

Presdential #3. About to be opened. Around the corner from #2.

I brought two girls and stayed at #2 for three nights. The owner met us and wrote down our information. The maid cooked and cleaned everyday. She will wash clothes. You can tell her what you want to eat and she will go the store and buy it.

There are 10 or so stores withing walking distance. You can call a cab from the apartment. Then you have to give them the code you got over the phone.

I stayed there during my most recent trip. They have locations in several parts of the city.

I stayed at the Dorms location (not really dorms just called that). Is the closest location to Candelaria and the zona de tolerancia, close to zona rosa as well.

A studio was about $65/day, for those of you who dig cooking or chica cooking has a small stove and a medium size fridge. Nice staff, no hassle, free breakfast, nice building, safe and clean. Staff was great. Friendly, ID check at door.

The pain was that is on a small hill so the trek from the transmilenio to it was a bit of a chore to walk there.

Oh the location is cool too cuz is nested between a couple of universities so there are quite a few little drinking holes around and plenty of uni chicks.

Can pay with credit cards if you wish.

I wish it was a bit cheaper but overall I would not mind staying there again.

there is a better place to rent apartments for what its worth in Bogota. I rented at Bogota Casa, they speak english and can take care of you. I stayed at the Saucos Apartments which is not far from Riotime stayed (I remember passing that building). Although I speak spanish, I had no problem with the rooms. Hope this helps for mongers wanting to go to Bogota.
