Taxi from centro $1 to the western peninsula on hillside overlooking the ocean. On one street 3 clubs & chicas sitting outside between the clubs & bars of 6 rms each. No cover. Old, black, ugly during the day, quoting $6. Was told it's better nighttime, & during high season.
