In Pederales El Rufugio nite club. Mototaxi $1, 10min fr centro. No cover, 16 rms #A-P, $6. Stage/pole in center, pool table. Nearby El Paraiso nite club. In Ecuador night club = chongo & are usually open daytime. The malecon has many similar bars, party beach day/nite, loud dance music, salsa on the sand...

From Bahia, cross Rio Chone (boat $0.30) to San Vicente. Mototaxi $1 to El Paraiso de los Ensuenos nite club on dirt road. No cover. Lots of brown skin overweights.

There is a chongo in Jama. In Canoa I didnt find any taxi therefore wasnt able to inquire.
