This is not a short time Hotel, just that people stay here where they have a small budget. I guess it is family run, the person at the front desk also opens the door to the hotel. They keep the doors locked all the time.

this is Colombia, wifi pays extra and that is in a more expensive hotel. It is decent, just a good place to shag (close to whore central) while not putting a hole in your pocket. For the real hombres that just needs the basics.
