out of all the towns you mentioned, Piedras negras has some action. they have their own version of Boystown. its alot smaller though. there was a club called "Dallas" but the girls were expensive though. one girl told me 100 dollars for 1/2 hour. if you wanna go, just tell any taxi driver from downtown to take you to "Boystown"
I dont know if there is any action in the other towns.

Piedras Negras has about 3 good clubs in boystown 54 ranch, Dallas, and Cactus, Most guys go to Cactus where the have a good time. The 54 Ranch has sometimes a very good selection of women there and the owner of the 54 ranch is also the owner of Hunters in Cd Acuna. I usually see girls in either 54 Ranch or Cactus clubs which have a better selection of girls at times. There is also some working girls in downtown area in the bars by the mercado or you might find them in some bars or clubs but you have find which ones. A note of interest to gamblers, outside of Eagle Pass, which is across Piedras Negras is the Lucky Eagle Kickapoo Casino. It is not much right now but they are building a bigger Hotel and Casino with future golf range and hopefully bogger entertianment shows. Right now it only has poker and 21 card games and a few slot mahines that do not pay much and some bingo. Also for those that want to go to Acuna it is only about an hour drive up from Eagle Pass. In Del Rio they have the Admistad Lake where people do recreational activities and fishing. And Laredo is about two hours away south. The area is none for Deer Hunting in November thru January where many of the Deer Hunter head for BT at night.

Mike,

I read your post about Piedras Negras from May 6th, 2001. I will be driving though Piedras this Saturday, Aug. 4, on my way to my land in Palau. I'm building a house down there. I was there 2 days ago and I noticed a new building on Hwy 57 a few miles north of the aduana. It had neon signs that said "Papaguyos - Gentleman's Club." I was wondering if you knew any thing about this. Is this the same owner as in Nuevo Laredo? I drove by about 1:00 A.M last Tuesday and cars were outside, but on my way back about 3:00 P.M. Thursday it was closed. Also, would you please give me directions to the Piedras "Boys Town". Or is this strip along Hwy 57 considered boys town? Any help would be appreciated.

Howard

I do not know the papagayos north of the aduana you mentioned but I seen it advertised in the Piedras Negras newspapar Zocalo. I have not seen it. I read in the same paper that Nueva Rosita has had a Zona Roja, but I have never been there. I can only give you structions from the old bridge it is more complicated from the new bridge. After you cross the old bridge you will see the plaza to your left and a street going one way left you pass it and turn right on the next street, morelos and you go until you pass the fire station and turn the next street one way left not the street next to the fire station. Then you turn right on Padre de laas Casas until you come up to biystown it is about 1 to 2 miles away. From the new bridge it is more turns you cross the bridge then when you see the sign to el centro you can turn right then wwhen you see the pemex gas station you left there which the street is Galiena you go until you pass a elementry school on the left side of the street and then you turn right there it is a one way street. Then you go to the second street then turn left which is padre de las casas and drive until you reach boystown. you will go through a creek like and pass a maquiladora on the left and it looks like a monte but the street ends at boystown. You can also go to Acuna on the mexican side it is about 1 hour away at the end of acuna it is the boystwon on a hill. You can take padre las casas all the way to its end and then turn right to go back to the US side the you have to turn left at the 4 way stop. but urn to the further street left. Prices vary. You have Cactus, Tamykos, Dallas, 54 ranch, that usually have better looking women.

Update! For those who might find other ladies outside of BT, try a taxi driver he will know some girls. My recommendation, if staying in PN, you can stay at the La Quinta motel on avenida carranza. Usually on saturdays the avenida is packed with youngsters cruising. You might some girls working the night at the La Quitna's bar or outside by the hotdog stand, or cadicorner at Mario Resturaun and Bar. You also have girls working by the mercado in the clubs near there. Or you might try a nightclub like Komkamos or some other one and talk to your waiter he may have some info for you before you go to BT. You might hook up with a girl in La Quinta's bar that is the same price as BT but you get more time and possible better quality time. A friend hooked up with a girl for the night and she mentioned that her sister was there that my friend saw with another girl. The sister and the other girl do a lesbian show together. My friend was disappointed that he missed that chance. You also have the Turf Club where you can gamble by paramutual betting horse and dog tracks, pro sports, college sports. One time I did see a girl there that I thought she was working on a customer and did not look bad at all on the bar side of the turf club. I have picked up a girl before by the mercado, for total of 60 + 27 for a motel room for 3 hours. I hope you will find something out there. Its getting ridiculus on the room charge in Boystown both in PN and ACuna., especially hunters in Acuna where they charge 23 for 30 minute use.

I was in Piedras Negras on April 5 and the taxi who took me to Boys Town told me this exact same thing. I posted a similar message under the trip reports but I had not done it I only posted the information he had gave me. This is good to know that it is true.

Travelling in Texas on business, I was lucky enough to have 3 days to drive from Brownsville to El Paso. I decided to stop in Eagle Pass and check out BT in Piedras Negras. I took a taxi, which came to $52 both ways, but I guess there is no real choice because they located BT way out of the way and walking would not be possible.

I surveyed the area when I got there. The taxi driver who took me introduced me to a Mexican taxi driver who said he would bring me back whenever I wanted to go.

I got there early, because I figured I'd be able to see the girls as they arrived, and have more options if I got there before they got busy.

Africa was closed, and the other places seemed to be closed, but the sign at 54 said 'open' Manuel, the bar tender (?) asked me what I wanted. I asked for a 7 UP, which I did not want to drink because it was on from the gun, not a can, and therefore not pasteurized.

2 girls walked in, and I said hello to them. They said hello back, and one of them kissed me on the cheek. Her name is Karina. Attractive build, but more attractive when she has a bra to lift her breasts, which appear to have been sucked into early sagginess by her children. Still, not bad.

I was more than a little 'enojado' when, before our 30 minutes were up, and before we sealed the deal, she stopped, and turned on the light. She explained in Spanish that she and the other girls all had to have a medical check (all of them? on FRIDAY NIGHT?), and it was clear that she was finished.

I left, needless to say, and was even more annoyed when Manuel asked me for 'propina' which I guess is Spanish for 'idiot tax'. He expected me to throw a few dollars his way for his role in me being ripped off.

Fat chance, buddy.

I met a couple of aggressive SWs on the 100 foot walk to the taxis, and have no doubt that I would have been better off with one of them, snaggle-toothed and dirty as they were.

You gentleman who read this post can do whatever you like, but I will never visit 54 again. There are other clubs for me to try if and when I visit the Eagle Pass/Piedras Negras area again, and if they are the same, I'll just pass on the area all together.

The street talent and the girls bouncing between cantinas near the mercado close to the bridge kind of surprised me last night. They were actually OK looking. I doubt that searching any night other than a weekend would be productive, however.

Taking a busride south from Piedras Negras at dawn this morning, the bus had a minimum of a half-dozen working girls returning home to Monclova. Some were VERY attractive. They all knew each other, but weren't traveling in a big group. I have no idea where they worked and didn't have the balls to ask. Paying $35 round trip for bus fare between Monclova and Piedras Negras is no small investment for the average working girl, so they must make a decent wage to make it worth coming up for the weekend.

I'm a newbie that travels to Piedras Negras and Nuevo Laredo every week. I would really like to hit BT at both of these places....However, I travel alone. Any suggestions?

Is it safe for me to go to any of these places? I have a pretty decent grasp of the language so I can make sure a cabbie doesn't screw and I can also negotiate fairly well. What would be the best times for me to go? Are there any groups that go out there regularly? Do I need my passport now?

Just don't wanna be a mark because I'm by myself out there and will take any edge I can get.

I'm looking for someone to partner up with for a trip to NL. I travel to NL every 2 weeks. I alternate weeks to eagle pass then NL, so I wouldn't mind going to either place. I'm new to the mongering game so any help would be great! Feel free to email if anyone's interested.
