I can't give you any concrete info- I've only been in Tampico once and was just passing through-but I am pretty sure that you will find some action there. First-Tampico is a port town and I've never been in a port town that didn't have a busy red light district. Second-Tampico is an important center for the oil industry and the people in the oil industry have money and they like to spend it. My suggestions-get the local papers. The classified section will probably have listings for 'masaje'. The places with variedad-strip shows-may well advertise also.

Well, Tampico, spill the beans. I'm not even sure I know where Tampico is.

OK Tampico is on the coast about 6 hours south of Matamoros. There are plenty of fine girls in this Town. Near centro there are a couple of parks and girls can be found aorund here late at night. Stay away from the road near the seawall as there are some skanks here. There is a strip club called "Milwaukee" where you can get full service for 200 to 400 pesos. There is a bar named "Johnnies" that has plenty of girls late at night. It is a regular bar with dancing. My favorite is the "Manila Beer House" on Madero. here there are a few girls and a cab driver named "Mario" here. Mario will take you around to different houses and blow the horn. When the girl comes out you shake your head yes or no. If it is yes he will take you to your hotel if it is no he keeps driving until you find something you like. He did this for me one night then took me to my hotel and waited for about 2 1/2 hours while I had a mind boggling experience with a sex machine. 200 pesos to Mario and 500 to the girl for 3 rounds of incredible sex no holes barred, literally.

This is the town that has the prettiest women in Mexico IMHO and I have been around. A good hotel is the Hotel San Antonio on Hidalgo. It is a little ways from downtown but no problem with any girls. If you want to stay downtown there are plenty of hotels and girls shouldn't be a problem. The Posada Del Rey is one that has a small bar restaurant upstairs. Go like you are going to the restaurant and walk to your room. Tampico is a great destination for whoring. In the malls, in the discos, bars, restaurants, stores you can find girls. Have fun

Beavis is right, and I did venture down the road along the seawall. He is right about the cheap skanks, $7 variety (without haggling). The ones I met said they only worked during the day, and I was afraid to venture down there at night. My hotel was a few blocks away, and my travel guide stated it was a seedy area, so curiousity got the better of me. Did one that was a 5 (late 20's had a couple of kids, but must have been fine when younger) at best during the day. Saw another one shortly thereafter that looked like a 7 or 8, but had already burned myself out on the one mentioned previously and a couple of others. I speak modest Spanish, but it is a port serving poor sailors, so you can probably get by without it.

I was there on sept. 8th. I quickly found out that they don't have casas de citas because it is illegal in Tamaulipas. I asked several taxistas and they all told me that there were only a couple of MPs and the strip joints. I ended up in Stretch (not in the centro), had a clamato, and asked the waiter how much for the lap dances. He quoted me 150MP for one song and said full-service (something like 3 songs) was 450MP. I was there only over night, but I can tell you I would much rather spend my money on Veracruz. BTW, we drove by the SGs near the centro and I asked cuanto por servicio? and they answered 200MPs.

I needed another day to visit the non-pro areas, but needed to head north to Monterrey by next day.

Spent one night in Tampico a day after memorial day. Didn't know what to expect being a weekday. I speak about 7 words of spanish but luckily this trip I had a fluent spanish speaking friend along. Hit the Jet Set. About a dozen guys there and as many girls. They danced to 2 songs then an empty stage for a song. Beers cost about $3 and a cover of about $8 to get in all in pesos. Saw a 8-9 and many 4-7 quality wise girls. Prices were 100 pesos for a lap dance. 500 for A blowjob for 1 song. 1500 FS for 3 songs. Expensive. We left after 2 beers. We hit Milwaukee next in Central area. Saw a 6 other than that all girls were under a 5 and only had a half dozen or so. Left after a beer. Asked the cabbie for Senioritas. He took us to a 'massage' place a few blocks from Milwaukee in Central area. We did see some SW's on the way there. Our previous Cab driver mentioned this 'massage' place, so it is known well. We entered this little room with 1 young girl about a 7 I'd say. She handed us a menu in Spanish but I could make out what it was saying. Of course my spanish speaking friend translated for me. 1 pop with oral 370 pesos for 30 minutes. It was quite an extensive menu including 1 girl for an hour around 600 pesos. 2 girls for an hour and 2 pops with 1 girl. Forgot the price. When we finished looking at the menu 4 more girls appeared all around 6-7 maybe an 8. All young. We picked one each and headed upstairs. She took off her clothes threw a condom on and begun. Took the whole 30 minutes and wasn't hurried. Being a Bangkok vet and having spent time in Rio I look for good quality GFE. I didn't find it here although it was worth the $30 bucks. If you find yourself in Tampico on business Taking a little side venture for a little skirt is good but no means a destination for that sole purpose.

the posada del rey is a good location at $30/nite. The balcony overlooks the plaza de libertad. Behind the hotel is a $30/pop whore house "casa de citas" that is one of the worst but it is walking distance. Around the small park is a burger king, a 24hr conveiniance store, and a great pool hall with freelancers called the caverna. My fav casa de cita in tampico had the numerals 524 above the door called casa rosa but generally you are limited to the casa your taxi driver knows. Generally the prices are $35-$40 and the girls are 19-22 yrs old and surprisingly cute. 524 even had a couple knockouts. Mirage is the premier strip joint for looking only since full service is $150. Breezers is my preferred strip joint with drink and service prices half of mirage but with some stunning but busy dancers. Next to breezers is a whore house too where i popped a 20 yr old for $20. 2 blocks from the hotel you catch a "caro de routa" to miramar beach for 50 cents. The beach is family oriented. don't ever walk outside with alchohol because this gives cops a reason for a shakedown. callejon de milagros is the best restaurant with great american music. This is basically an oilfield town with huge numbers of monterey tourists on the weekend.
