I decided to do some exploring with Gilberto the other night. There are a few other puta bars directly south of Placers. These places are all locals and the putas were more along the lines of La Conga. They serve caguamas there for $2.50. Only in Mexico will you see vagrants passed out all over the place inside a bar and the employees don't even notice it. I am told there are quite a few other bars like this in Nogales.

Several years ago when it seemed like ferni's and lipsticks were the only strip clubs, me and a friend who spoke spanish like a native, hit up a whole slew of bars, including quite a few that fronted the tracks (where placer and lord blacks are now)
We had a blast and both picked up some very friendly, and very cute, chicas at this one bar for about $20 and $7 for a room... shade of the Zona in TJ!!!.

I think some more exploring of these bars is in order, I'm up for it, if someone is more conversant in espanol than I am, I'll be glad to participate in an exploratory field trip LOL!!

Stopped in at Potros Sunday night also. The ladies did remind me of the selection at La Conga ( 3 to 7). When my "favorita" decides this well has run dry, I also will be checking out this and similar sources. Although I take my brother to the clubs for the eye-candy and the privados, this viejo has become just too accustommed to a bed. A chair is where I keep the over-night bag so I can reach for another condom.

As a digression, a thought that wandered through my head while at Potros was the flame wars that arise when someone pays a price that is good by Moonlight Bunny Ranch standards but inflationary by Mexican standards. As I sat there thinking that I could probably negotiate $100-$150 for TLN on a slow night, my idea of a bargain was ruining the price scale for the locals. In the free market system of what the market will bear, one man's treasure really is another man's trash. What goes around, comes around.

PS. Another advantage to your own hotel room is you can turn the TV to whichever music video canal strikes your mood. I prefer Bandamax ballads (did I say I was viejo). And here in Tucson I can turn the dial to 102.7 FM and hear all the same songs. Ah, recuerdos.

yes, the going rate is $40 for up to one hour, most of the ladies are 5-7 in looks, but there are a few latina hotties.. one goes by the name of liz, flacita, cute , 19 years.. they hang out near potros bar and some others.. i saw about 10 ladies working outside on sunday night.. btw, the going rate for the hotel is $15...

Lately I have been daytime mongering at La Conga. Has anybody had any luck at any other non-TD bars such as Potros in the afternoon hours or what? I will be heading down good friday and it will be GOOD.

Well, it turns out there were 2 girls available in the afternoon at Potros. However, they were pretty disappointing. I ended up at La Conga.

Hey has any one been to Potros recently that can tell us about the girls, if their any good looking? And how much in all those iy cost?
