I never heard they were closed on Monday. Rio closes at 10pm Sunday but the rest stay open later based on demand. If there are no customers they will close earlier than on Fridays or Saturdays.

NOW is the time to visit Nogales, friends. I was there this Sat. night and it was wall-to-wall top-shelf pussy.
