Sorry for the all-caps... Are you talking about the rooms at Hotel Andres, which is across the street from Cherry's? Or are you talking about the sports bar upstairs (and around the back) from Cherry's?

Are they expanding the club or something? Are the rooms going to be for sexo (like in TJ)? I'm not following you guys here, but you sure as hell piqued my interest.

That is what I infer from Papa C's post. I can't confirm it yet. In general, I just think those private bedrooms are such a ripoff after having been jaded by TJ. A 2x1 privado from one of the nympho's is a good deal and so are Jesse's girls. Of course the best deal is the after work freebie.

Next weekend, 8/3 Cherrys is closing. they will be opening up a new bar upstairs where the old sports bar used to be. But I don't know when. I don't think it is on 8/3. The girls were told to go to Lipsticks to work.

The question is... what KIND of bar - a tittie bar?? hopefully?? Same hours (daytime)?

I believe someone once explained why Nogie isn't more like TJ or NL or just about every other border town -- something to do with zoning laws that don't permit brothels that close to the border (as if...) Anyway, that's supposedly why Conga et al are so far south. That would be awesome, though.

I did ask Jesse's brother about what's up with Cherry's, but I'm not sure he really knows. I assume it's just going to be the same bar, just upstairs.

Ben - The ticket guy told me that they remodeling the upstair and will have several bedrooms instead of closets. Who know what it will be exactly but sounds like it is going to be better than the current Cherry's.

Is the new one going to also be an afternoon hangout or will Rios have the monopoly. I know that Rios, Lipstick, and Cherry's is owned by the same person.

Could we really forsake the magic eroticism of the closet, the bare bulb, the special assortment of positions adapted to use the armless chair in various ways, the ear splitting yet banal music, the slightly malodorous and dank rooms? But it may be that "Cherry's" will be closed until the upstairs location is ready. Didn't they recently change the dialing in Mexico so you have to dial an extra two digits before the number? e.g. 011-52-631-312-4555. i.e. mx numbers are now 7-8 digits long, before country or area code.

The great wall of Nogales!!

Has anyone else noticed they but up a railing along the border entrance!!. It runs from border gates up past the inspection points (on the Mexican side).

This means it is no longer a quick left after crossing the border. You must instead go a block north approximately across from the street Rio's is on and go across the the street t and the RR tracks there, then walk towards the US and Cherries, Placer, LB etc.

Are they concerned about our safety, or are they trying to "quarantine" us mongers with a fence??

By the way, Cherries downstairs will be open at least another month. The upstairs may be opening "real soon" if not already. It will be open from 8:30pm on and promises "lots of girls"

I decided to stop a Cherries after a session at Rio's just to get the skinny on the new place. Well, it looked like it was real slow. There were however, more than a dozen girls there ( about 4:00pm) and only about 5 or so customers. I have divided them into two categories, maybe three. Nymphos, mercenaries, and bad attitudes. Some will do you free-those are the nymphos. Clearly they are getting as much pleasure as you. sat afternoon was pretty busy, saw Abigal of course, they are really pushing the VIP 1/2 hour $100 deal, 30 minutes upstairs with your favorite chica, with a tv, plus 8 beers, plus propina for chica.. I checked it out, they have about 5 booths up there, which are pretty much "glorified" privado booths, about the same size.. I talked to the managers and told him i am not much of a beer drinker, and he would give me the VIP for $80 for 30 minutes. Abigal wanted $80 for fs upstairs, I decided go with the downstairs deal of dos privados and tip... next month, i may do the VIP deal.

Wow - that's pretty pricey - $180 for 1/2 hour. But it's nice to see a trend (?) towards longer sessions in Nogales. It looks like this is going to be a slow year in Nogie - nothing like it was a year or two ago. Maybe this will help foster a trend towards longer and cheaper sessions.

Someone should buy La Conga, fire the current girls there, and hire one allstar chica from each club. The lineup would be as follows:LB-Joanna, Placers-Malua, Fernis-Ruby, Lipstick-Abigail, Cherry's DS-Alondra, Cherry's US-Leslie, Titanic-Baby, Rio-Monserrat, Obsession-?.

Yeah MrB, I was thinking that seemed pretty pricey too. At that rate, I'd prefer to just do the bar fine thing for an extra $120 and have the girl back at my hotel for (at least) 2 hours.

from my understanding, the VIP area is open to Cherrys dancers from 1pm to 9pm everyday to do the VIP deal 1/2 hour $100, then at 9pm -3am it opens up(regular dancing)and about five other dancers (leslie, etc) work up there as well..so basically, there are no dancers up there until 9pm, but cherrys daytime crew can utilize the upstairs vip..

Does anybody know if there's another Alondra, a blonde one, at Cherry's? There was a few months ago, but I haven't been to Cherry's in a while.

Anyone have any general comments on Cherry's lately? IE is it worth it to show up in Nogie a coule hours early to go there? Anyone know if Abigail is working there these days? - yes, sorry Happyboy, I want to fuck her ... ;-) Also, anyone know if a blonde, older Alondra works there (not the big-tittied brunette)?

Cherry's is consistently nasty. I rarely get there early enough but it is worth it.
