On Madero, right off Amado Nervo, about 3 blocks down Madero from the Matehuala. Flame roasted chicken and side dishes are all they have to offer, but just as in the States, it's pretty damned tasty. 22 pesos for 1/4 (2 pieces) of chicken. The all you can stuff in a garbage bag chips and guac/salsa bar is back, so that's really all the food you should pay for!
I have actually eaten at this place, pretty close to the US version of Pollo Loco, the natives seem to really like it.

EXCUSE me Explorer, with all due respect, Pollo Loco is the invention of an adoptive local from the state of Sonora.
After the franchise grew all over the northern part of Mexico, THEN we gave you guys a chance to try it.
(please guys, of course we like it, it's ours!!!... Porker, my friend, I need to take you out more!)
Porker,
That was my first time at that place and I really enjoyed the food there.
