The girls don't have them, don't need them and sure as hell ain't gonna get them. All these ladies need to work in the bars is the national id card proving their age. Nothing more. Something to think about whenn you're considering doing your love of the hour, sin condom! Now then, whether they are required or not is beside the point at some of the massage parlors, GENESIS in particular. The owners there require the ladies to see a doctor weekly, at their own expense, for testing. This is a fact as I have access to the books of this place. The revenue these girls recieve each day makes this a requirement that they happily comply with!

Well I've seen a couple issued to SG's and know of SG's who get there monthly blood test.. ( a single needle mark covered by a little round band-aid.)

This is true in TJ but apparently not in Juarez. A couple of the bar owners who I know really well say that all they have to have is ID proving they are 18 or over. Sad state of affairs. Were it the way it should be, It would solve a problem I'm having very easily.

The girls I know who work at the bars like Queeens and Ano Nuevo don't bother getting health cards. The are very aware of the fact that they will never get a visa passport if they have a health card.

That's probably what it is Fallon. but what they don't realize is that it is almost impossible to get a visa anyhow without proving support. and working in a hooker bar disqualifies them almost automatically.

I'm suprised that you didn't know the health card score in juarez. Of the three big border whore towns, Nuevo Laredo is witout a doubt the must efficient in this regads. The physical limits of the zona are fixed by concrete walls, the medical checks are available on site and the police/ health offials are vigorus about compliance. They don't use tarjetas at all , but little books with weekly stamps that are chronicaled for over a year. The girls by and large are more then happy to show you. The weekly inspections include all the orifices and are required for everyone, including the maseros and apperently the jotos. Tijuanas system is less efficient but does exsist. Perhaps this "deregulation" is what makes juarez the least costly of the destinations. Like the old saying, You pays your money and you makes your choice.
I like juarez because of the lack of structure compared to the other destinations. The first rule in Juarez is there are no rules. If you want a crazy wild west experiece juarez is the place to go, and it's in a city where the streets are safer to walk than either TJ or NL.

True enough amigo. I wasn't aware of the system in NL. I'll have to ask my lady over there next week. But by and large, NL is cheaper than Juarez IMHO> At least that has been my experience. For instance, $100.00 overnight in a hotel away from BT as compared to the average rate of $150-200 in Juarez in a hotel or the bars back rooms! But no, I've always heard that they all needed the tarjetas in Juarez. But stupid me, I should have asked my wife. Although I've been through our family papers and all I saw from her bar days was a couple of pictures she had. Live and learn! I appreciate the info!

"average rate of $150-200 in juarez", I agree that that is the price when you negotiate thru the management of the house. Being locked in the back rooms of a bar is not my idea of a romantic toda la noche. I've found allnighters harder to negotiate in NL because particulary on weekends things don't wind down in boystown till 4 or 5 in the morning. In Juarez they throw you out between 1 and 2 am, The girls in the strip clubs are completely on their own after that, management doesn't care what they do. The girls at casa and PL are watched a little closer by management, but you can always meet at the taco joint around the corner. In this type of transaction I've found that $80 - $100 is the right figure. Besides, There is NO place in Nuevo Laredo that you can get a room as nice as Villa manport for $33 a night.
A great place to take chicas in Juarez in Noa Noa, up the hill on avenida Juarez. It's owned by Juan Gabriel and is really nice inside. Just pricey enough to keep out the low lifes and just paisano enough that there's no americans. Good bands for dancing etc.

Bottom line is whether your talking NL, TJ or Juarez, no matter how things turn out it's better then spending the weekend in detroit or cleveland, esta de acuerdo ?

In N.L, the Villa real is decent at $35 a night. I've never tried to get an allnighter in NL although last time I was there, this chica I know dragged me away to her casa for the night. Was I surprised, you bet. Even more so when she didn't want any money and more so when I dsicovered it was that time of the month. Some of the wildest sex I've ever had with her. I can't say it didn't cost me anything. Had to pay the bar $30.00 to get her out of there but since the Maribu was slow, on a Frieday night no less, it wasn't a problem! But, I'm a free man again and I'm going to rediscover Juarez now that I have my SUV down there. Something hard to do on foot. I'm already discovering a lot of little out of the way clubs that may turn into to hidden jewels!

Maribu is a neat place, kind of reminicsint of a motel on the vegas strip circa 1960 complete with a lounge befitting of the rat pack. I've had some good times there. Saw one massive chica fight which inevitably required the police to mediate. I like one older (ok she's 31) girl there, long dark hair, super looks, was using sonya as her name. She has a border pass and will do all nighters in texas, but, won't cross the border late at night since she has hooker type friends that got their passes pulled on suspesion of prostitution. Butiful rooms at the old Howard johnson tower (now the Rio Plaza or something). Huge beds, bar and restutant on premesis for about $79. Mexican chics think it's the Beverly Wilshire,
Borderjumper I agree that gifts return far more value then cash, particulary when there is confusion about the cost. My tip for Juarez is watchs. You know the shopping streets that kind of connect downtown El Paso with the border bridges. There are a couple of place's that specialize in imported watchs. Realy nice quartz movement watchs from asia, some with matching braclets in little gift box's from $10 - $20.
For a little more money, these big makeup sets from target, particulary with a designer logo are $20 - $45 and arereally apprecited. Once you come up with the regala's, they start to wave away the masero's with a kind of quit ripping off my novio attitude. Who would of thought that drinking and whoring could become such a science ? or an art ?

Know what you mean mi amigo. It's a scientific art form. The art of the b.s. and the science of getting into their heads and trying to see what makes them tick! I love it. Still and all, I prefer one on one as opposed to looking for a different chica every weekend. I prefer the attachment unlike some. TO each his own.
