Obession has a lunch shift. They are now opening at 1:30 pm up to their regular closing hours. They are offering lunch buffet and cover for 50 pesos, 2 x 1 on Mexican drinks (beer, brandy) and food is served till 4:00 PM.
Girls: you can find 8 to 12 girls. Some are 8's and a couple of 9's.

Anyone know if a chica named Artimas or something like that works there? She is short, very thin, natural B's. I saw her ther once and had a real good time. Just wondering if she was around.

I truly had a blast in here this past Monday night...I arrived at the club about 1:30 am, after catching a cab from the corner of Caohutemoc y Padre Mier...Price was less than 30 pesos for the cab...

Total bill as charged to my Visa (accepted with a 15% gratuity) came to 1025 pesos for the night...

A bit pricey, but Obsession is the most nicely appointed Strip Club I have ever been to anywhere, be it in the U.S. or Mexico...I especially like the firepits set into the wall...I talked to about 5 girls and found none to be from the immediate area-- one was from Tobasco, another from GDL, etc...

The ride back to Coahutemoc y Padre Mier was on the house, tho I tipped the driver 20 pesos...

I literally had a ton of fun and am still thinking about the place!!...

What a change, too, from my last visit which was on the night of Jan. 1 when there were only about 10 chicas working...

For whatever its worth, this Monterrey novice gives the place a thumb's up...

Loved everything you had to say about Obsession, and it is indeed an OPULENT kind of place. I have only managed to go there in the afternoon, and there are promotions before 10 PM (no cover, 2X1 beers for 35 pesos) that make the club quite reasonable. As the 2x1 covers cans of Tecate, that makes it one of the cheapest places I've ever been to, actually, as a can of Tecate is almost ALWAYS 20 pesos, even in the cheap bars.

The afternoon chicas are indeed nice to look at, but not the stunners you describe, but for a whopping 100 peso cover charge (three times what I paid one late afternoon at a club called Poisson, which is actually even nicer looking inside than Obsession, as hard as that is to believe), you BETTER be getting scores of Barbies incarnate. I am sure the night shift is something to behold.

My trip to Obsession Friday afternoon saw me arrive a few minutes before 5 PM, and was told they were running out of food for their lunch buffet. I asked to go inside just to check it out, and was a little surprised when they said there was no cover. If I wanted the buffet lunch it would be 50 pesos. They did have plenty of food left (ribs on the bone, some sausage and peppers dish, rice, chips, sopa de mariscos, salad, etc.), and I figured it would be a bit decadent eating while surrounded by so much (about 15 girls) scantily clad tail. The food was pretty good, but the service was A+, first class, had a waiter come around every 5 minutes asking me what he could fetch me, and not because there was something in it for him, there was NEVER any pressure. You run a tab there and pay as you leave, and yes, conveniently, they take bank cards if you run a bit short. Playing Henry the 8th at the buffet table and two cold Tecates in front of me made me a pretty damned happy boy, and that was irregardless of the chicas all around, who I think have the good sense not to bug you while you're eating.

They all came around after I finished eating to introduce themselves, though, though most were quite good natured and low-pressure. One chica did conveniently offer to explain the dance pricing policy immediately after I admitted that it was my first visit (other than a walk-thru). My report is the same as YB's as far as the pricing goes, which I found to be way too high end: 530 for 3 songs for a fully nude privado upstairs, 2000+ for the extended period in the 'VIP' area, which damned well BETTER include full service at that price. A traditional style table dance could be had for one song in the back corner of the club for 100 pesos, though touching the girl was frowned upon. The omnipresent guy in the suit is like 3 feet away.

I passed on all three options, though a blonde with nice tits put on a nice sales pitch. I was hit up for ficha drinks about once every 5 minutes or so, though after I was joined by a chica magnet amigo who's a regular there, he got all the attencion and took the heat off! I'd settle quite happily for his leftovers!

The best looking chica I saw there on the afternoon shift was a very thin, pretty brunette named Kimberley, who knew my amigo quite well. She'd be a $100 girl at Chicago Club if I ever saw one, though she'd make a lot more than that, I'm sure, if she ever decided to leave with a guy from Obsession. As with the upscale places in the US and TJ, I'm sure many do go, on occasion, but the old adage 'if you have to ASK, you can't afford it' must apply.

The afternoon lunch buffet is simply an amazing experience. It´s not exactly Caesar´s Palace, or anything, but the food is excellent, the price is 50 pesos, the club is BEAUTIFUL and the girls are well worth seeing naked and damned friendly. Drinks are also 2x1 during the dayshift, so it´s a damne nice way to spend an afternoon.

Yesterday´s menu was ceviche, shrimp cocktail, beef ribs on the bone, barbecued chicken, mashed potatoes, the standard rice, beans, chips, salsa, etc. Salad...

Obession has more girls now than before on the afternoon shift. There used to be 10-12 girls, now there are 16 girls.
That´s because finaly more clients are aware of the lunch buffet and really, it's cheap to go eat, drink and watch girls strip.

Lunch Buffet is available Monday-Friday from 1:30 PM till 5:00 PM only. 2x1 on drinks up to 9:00 PM.
On Saturdays, they open at 6:00 PM

Lunch buffet, 50 pesos. Two for one tecate botes, 38 pesos. Two for one Absoluts and OJ 50 pesos. When the first two screwdrivers disappear within 5 minutes, 50 pesos fetches two more. 188 pesos plus a 12 peso teep (had to make it an even 200, now didn't I???) gets two+ hours of a near ORGY of food and booze in a rather swankily appointed bar.

Oh, and they have some (relatively attractive) naked chicks there too... Buffet lunch is supposed to run from 1-5, but they usually have food 'til around 5:30 or so. 2x1 booze goes from 1-9, 6-9 on Saturdays where there's no food. This is one HELLUVA way to spend an afternoon.

The food yesterday afternoon was fuckin' GREAT! The joto looking guy that prepares the buffet lunch does a helluva job.

I have never seen an afternoon girl at Obession (nor do I have anything but the bare mimimum experience there in primetime) that I simply HAD to have, which is a good thing, as the lowest tier of privados is 530 pesos. But with 2x1 booze, a cheap quality buffet lunch, good music, a beautiful club and NO COVER until the night shift, it's almost a must see for any male in the city with half a pulse.

I had the chance to visit Obsession twice during my stay in MOnterey and the food is excellant and add in two for one drinks. The chicks are the hottest around. Regio and Porker, please guard my beloved girls, Esmerelda, Ruby and Karla. Keep them safe from other mongers until my return in June. I LOVE THIS PLACE.

This place is simply awesome. It is a high-tiered club and it shows. The chicas here are without a doubt the hottest of all the clubs we hit and that is a lot - trust me. There was not a single one that I didn't want to instantly nail! Ruby - her pics on the website do her no justice at all...she is Playboy material IMHO. Esmeralda...mmmm, man I have got to learn Spanish so I can talk to this fine woman. She looks good every time and anywhere in Monterrey I see her! The buffet is not 50 but 60 pesos but "off-the-hook". The place reminds me of a mix between "The Mens Club" and "Treasures" here in Houston, TX. The club looks good, the women are excellent - I'd say in the 7-9's range with most 8's. Ahhh...good times. Now the bad news...much like it reminding me of US clubs, well as mentionned above "privado"s will set you back as much as in America! So, unless you really have it bad for a chica there (and you probably will), stick to the buffet and the eye candy only.

Feeling pretty good about life, I walked back to Madero and got a taxi to Obsession – about 13 pesos for the 12 blocks or so 10 minute ride. A got there about 4:15 and had to leave my overnight bag at the front desk. Paid the 60 pesos cover charge, which until 5PM includes the afternoon buffet. A pretty damned EXCELLENT deal, as the food is simply incredible.

As I walked into the dark main room from the outside, I couldn’t see a whole lot, but when my eyes focused, I saw like 8 chicas sitting on the overstuffed arm chairs nearest the door, and a couple more directly in front of me doing some sort of sync’ed tandem dance. And nearly all of the chicas looked NEW, several natural looking blondes. What the hell? Obsession is usually pretty damned quiet in the afternoons, with the chicas much more interested in hitting the buffet table than trying to entertain anyone that wasn;t plying them with overpriced drinks.

I spied a table at the back of the stage near the buffet that looked convenient to everything, but a floorman started waving at me from behind the stage and was motioning me over to where Regio, my supposedly hard-working amigo who didn’t have time for late lunch frivolity on Friday afternoons was busy buying overpriced drinks for an amiga. This was a pleasant surprise, and I joined them at a table at the very back behind the stage near the bar. He had gotten an unexpected window of opportunity to go out and play that afternoon. Nice! Except he spent nearly all of my time at Obsession outside on the phone…

Ordered two Tecates (40 pesos, 2x1) and then hit the buffet table. The ceviche in this place is simply incredible. The chicken kabobs (sin stick) are too. The steak strips too. Some of the best food I have every had in Mexico. And it’s all you can stuff in your stomach before the ho’s clean out the leftovers!

A waiter that had grown up in the States filled me in on the ‘new’ girls: They were nightshift girls that had been called in because the bar was PACKED earlier for the lunch shift. Musta been a lotta dudes going out for a long lunch on payday. Most of the chica that had been called in were from South America, with many being Brazilian. I recognized one blonde from the nightshift at Excalibur a few weeks back. There have been several reports of South American girls getting busted for working in the bars in Monterrey. One such report came out in Yesterday’s Sol, and mentioned that 5 girls at Obsession had been detained. Looks like while the word traveled fast to the girls that there were customers aplenty in the afternoon at Obsession, word traveled fast to the immigration nazis as well! New afternoon cover scheme: Pay 100 pesos at the door and you get the buffet (until 5 PM) and your first two drinks included in that price. After that it's 2x1 drinks until prime time.

Both Rubi and Esmeralda were looking GREAT yesterday and there are a couple of hot new chicas in the afternoon as well, one blonde with HUGE natural tits that might make it hard for me to keep up my boycott on spending any money on the GIRLS in this overpriced place. Things have changed a little bit at the Obsession with the addition of new privados on the second level of this place. They are right across the mezanine from the old privados where you pay 550 pesos in the afternoon for a 15 minute session.
Right now, at the old privados, you get nothing. Not even if you pay.
The new ones, they are accesed from a door with no 2 way mirrors and give way to a room with a few sofas and a table with a glass window towards the dance floor.
You need to pay in the afternoon shift 5 regular dances, 750 pesos, for half an hour with the girl and you have to pay extra for "extras".
At nighttime, you have to pay 10 privados to get 45 minutes with the girl.
You are not disturbed by a bodyguard nor you have to buy a bottle for the girl.
Anyway, this system is being adopted by the Amnesia and Premier, but both are way expensive.
Worst, I know guys that love it and are paying above 5000 pesos just for a slight B/J at that place.

I am shocked and disappointed at the news of prices like that in the City of the Elbow. I have long respected the citizens of Monterrey for being almost as cheap as me. For 5000 pesos, I go to an MP 50 times (each time bringing the same coupon).

Regio, a ripoff to be sure. But good luck to the people with more money than sense that pay those prices.

Explorer, Obsession is the nicest club I have ever been in in Mexico. They charge high prices because there are certain people with too much money who just don't give a shit how much things cost. I wish I was one of them! I still have never spent a single cent on a girl working at Obsession despite being there close to 20 times. Look, don't even THINK about touching!!!

I always enjoy my visits to Obsession whenever I am in Monterrey. This trip did not disappoint in that the food was great, beer cold and chicks were hot.

Oh, and BTW, there is no more afternoon cover charge, 2x1 drinks all afternoon until at least 9 PM, the buffet costs 60 pesos. I got BLITZED and stuffed to the point of not being able to walk on AWESOME food for a grand total of 200 pesos including tip the other day. And got to look at premium pussy with some of it coming over to grind on my lap thrown in for free. I still would advise never to spend a CENT on the girls there unless trying to hook up a salida, but if you just come for lunch a a few dozen drinks, it's actually quite the bargain for such a nice place. If you're in town, and you're buying lunch, I'm THERE!!!

After a few weeks absence, I went for lunch this past week, and was BLOWN AWAY by a couple of girls in this place -- ALMOST to the point of wanting to buy them an overpriced ficha drink. Notice I said ALMOST.

Of course if you're only there for a couple days, you run the risk that they'll flake on you.

I've said it many times before, but the buffet lunch, afternoon 2x1 drink specials are a FANFUCKINGTASTIC DEAL. I had an inSANE buffet lunch yesterday plus 6 drinks over 2 hours and my bill ended up being 200 pesos (plus a small tip for GREAT service). IMO hitting either Obsession or Prestige, its' sister club on Madero is a MUST when visiting MTY. The lunch special is only available on weekdays, though.

I've gotta say that watching Yadira strip in the afternoon to Christina Aguilera's "Beautiful" while slightly buzzed on cheap drinks is possibly the most fun I've had watching a strip show in Mexico since the heyday of the old Hong Kong Bar in TJ many years back. The girl is inSANELY attractive, and her body reminds me of a couple of girls I have seen in Asia -- young, long-legged, fit, with tits that just defy gravity and scream SEXY.

I wish Obsession was cheaper and this chick didn't know how hot she was.
