I went to a little place on Guerrero. The sign said Mariscos, but the mint wrappers said Marineros. It's about 4 blocks north of Coahuila (yes there's one in NL too) on the east side of the street.
I like this place. It's nothing fancy and I heard not one word of English, but they endured my bad Spanish with a smile and served up a decent enough meal for under $10 including a diet coke.
Service was good, a pescado veracruzana was tastey, and the people were nice.

Ok, I turned the mints over this morning and discovered it was advertising 2 places. The name of the restaurant above is "Rio Mar" and the address is Av. Guerrero 2403.

Ate at the same place with g/f last weekend. You're right. Food is fantastic. Camerones Veracruzana was fantastic as was what the other half had. Service great, ultra clean establishment. I believe it is Mariscos Rio Mar.
