It seems Manuel told me that the Rio's girls do a standard shift, which means the first shift runs from 1-11:00pm although girls sometimes may leave earlier. Apparently there's been a policy change regarding VIPs at Rio. The new policy is:

1 VIP ticket only entitles you to a private "lapdance".

You have to buy 2 VIP tickets to engage in FS or BJ.
