Anybody know of any good Mexican joints in Phoenix. The best I have found is Los Dos Molinos in South Phoenix. The food is good and spicy. I am in search of the football sized burritos that are popular in Chicago. They usually consist of a flour tortilla, ground beef, lettuce, tomato, potatos, carrots, sourcream, etc.

Roberto try these:
Petes Taco Villa- 20th ave and Camelback
was voted Phoenix New Times Best.
Very little ambiance but good food.
Totally hot waitress, daughter of the owner.
Her name is Luz, lunch is very crowded with
male clientele "to see Luz".
The best burros are at Filbertos at 32nd St. and Indian School. My best friend is they're food vendor and he has them buying top of the line
beef. I know a lot of non-Mexican people kind of
stick there nose up in the air when you mention
these places, but they are very good, large portions and excellent prices.
my $.02 worth
good luck

Try Adrian's Restaurant, it is located just west of 24th st on McDowell rd. It is a small place on the north side of the street. They have the best carnitas in town!
