Hoping to resume Mexicali discussions. Although nothing like TJ, I hope those of us who do visit there from time to time, can continue to communicate. I will be in Mexicali 10/23/00 and will visit Bar SanDiego in the evening if anyone is interested in meeting up.

There is one located on the main road as you enter at the border (stay left) and follow the "Aeropuerto" signs, it's on the right side of the street about 2 to 3 miles from the border. I don't recall the name of the place but there is a small sign out front that has a "king tut" type of Egyptian picture with the words "spa and massage" underneath it. (park in front)
For $35 you'll get an hour massage. Additional $50 for full service. Regardless of any extras most girls get naked when doing the massage. I was there on a Thurs afternoon about 3:00pm, there were 4-5 girls working, 2 nice looking ones. After my massage another 3 girls showed up, even better looking. The place is worth another visit.

Finally, someone else sith some useful information. I will be going back to Mexicali in late Feb or March, and may try out this place. I will start reviewing barsandiego chicas again if others review as well. If anyone has found a top notch chica who will come to the hotel, I would be very interested in details.

There are other sites that have Mexicali info since I think one guy lives there. Given the politics of the site authors I suggest you do a google search.

Went to Mexicali last week. I recommend "Miau Miau" (nude strip joint), girls are 7-9. Although I didn't do any chicas-this time, mesero said they have a back section, you offer chica $ for what you want-including fs. I'll find out for sure this friday, will be checking out Bar San Diego also. "Miau Miau"s about 4-5 blocks from border crossing. I don't know if you've ever driven through during the day....but, with limited viewing, I counted over a hundred cars on the sides of those hills, some way down there. On one curve alone, I counted 29 cars that couldn't cut it, and there are lots of curves. Obviously, they just leave them down there. Amous

Has anyone checked out Club Aquarius? Its a strip joint on the main drag near the Crown Plaza hotel. Was there twice a couple of years ago. Each time, I picked the dancer of my choice and she went to my hotel with me. I liked this club because it was a little more laid back that miau miau which was raucous.

Erip: I went in from TJ, but I can give you a general direction. After the border crossing go straight about 2-3 blocks, turn right until you hit calle Reforma (1-2 blocks), it should be in the left hand corner. On weekends there's a 30 peso cover charge, none on weeknights. There's a decent hotel (hotel Reforma) across the street, charge is $26 for a single. Amous

Just got back from Mexicali, checked out Bar San Diego. There's probably some truth to the saying "beauty is in the eye of the beholder", but I'd be stretching it if I said I saw any chica who rated above 5... and that was on a Friday night. The bar's actually on a side street and somewhat hard to find. After the hype given it, I didn't bother to check any of the others... stuck to Miau Miau and a couple of other strip/dance clubs closeby. Did an all nude lap dance (Miau Miau)(touching, tit-sucking allowed, maybe more?) 150 pesos. I have the directions right this time, cross the border on the extreme left, after crossing stay left of the fork (calle Madero), go straight about 5 blocks to (calle Mejico), then right one block (calle Reforma)... should be on the left hand corner. For the betting mongers, there's a Caliente sports book on the corner of calle Reforma and calle "D" (about 6 blocks from Miau Miau (relaxed atmosphere, good food, no entry fee), but get your racing forms early, they run out early. I don't think BarSandiego was ever hyped as being extraordinary. It is basically the only game in town from a brothel standpoint. I actually think weeknights are best for finding the better looking chicas there. They probably have a social life on weekends. At any rate there are rarely more than 2 or 3 chicas that I would spend time with. The strip clubs sound intriguing and I may just try visiting them next trip. Any information on specific chicas that will go back to your hotel would be appreciated. Remember this is not TJ and I would never make a trip to Mexicali just for the hobby alone.

I was at Aquarius on Feb 7. I was astounded by the quality of the dancers. There was one Asian/Mexican dancer that was really hot. They all do private dances for 200 pesos. There is a little room upstairs that has three cubicles in it. You don't get much for the private dance but you can get a "feel" for whether you want to spend the bucks to ask the chica out. The going rate is 150US - or at least that is the quoted rate. I took Charro for 100US. Then its 200pesos to get her out the door. ANd then you have to get a room somewhere which is another 30US minimum. As I was waiting for Charro to get dressed in her street clothes, another beautiful dancer appeared on the stage. I was kicking myself for not waiting. If its a bargain you want don't go to Aquarius - its steep. Go there for quality.

There is another brothel besides BSD but its a little hard to find. Its not to far from Miau Miau. Just four or five blocks to the south and then a block to the west. You can see the mall on Lopez Mateos from there. Have a cabbie take you there the first time. Its pretty good, but I haven't been there in a couple of years.

Great info Coolarrow. So for about 120US, plus your room cost, you were in business. How long did you keep her, and was her performance similar to BSD or better? If anyone happens to catch the name of brothel you referred to near Miau Miau, lets hear. Even better, a report would be outstanding. I had her for one hour. I can't compare to BSD performance because I have never been there. I intended on checking out BSD this last trip, but never made it out of Aquarius. Again, it is expensive.

When I first explored Mexicali, i used a taxi. That how I found the brothel. On a return trip during an Easter weekend, I found that the town was completely deserted and the brothel was closed. I got a taxi and asked where I could get laid. He said Aquarius and Miau but warned that they were expensive. I wonder what where a taxi would take me if I said I wanted the very best and didn't care about price? (Maybe a back alley with my throat slit...)

The brothel near Miau Miau as I recall was in a hotel. You went through a doorway, up some steps and there was a landing. Through a doorway was a bar with booths, tables and a full service bar. The ladies sat in chairs along one wall. After making your selection you would go up more stairs to the rooms. Prices a couple of years ago were 40US - maybe I overpaid. Its easy to find once you know where it is.

I will be in Mexicali 3/19 if anyone else is going to be around. Any new info on overnite girls or brothels other than BarSandiego would be appreciated. I heard brothel by MM is now closed. Anyone else know different?

BTDT. BSD is rough and you never know who will show up. From a weak 4 to about 8 is all I have ever encountered, but it is the only place outside of street action in Mexicali. I'm sure there are other places the locals know about, but I don't.

BSD is the place and if you don't have a car it's about a $10. cab ride. I met a guy from CO and we mongered together. He ran out of money and asked for a loan with a promise to pay me back double.

Well we know how that goes and he got nothing more from me no matter how much he begged. I just don't understand why it was so important to screw another chica. LOL

Very familiar with Bar Sandiego which I guess is still the best bet in town. Will probably try MM club and see if I can get a dream chica to leave and join me in my room for a few hours. Was just hopeing there might be a new brothel open since my last visit. Will head back to TJ for Tuesday night before flying out AM WED.

Please give an update on the Mexicali scene wherever you go. I've been to BSD, not very impressed, however, Carolina was there "Nice" although to busy for my timeframe that day. MM club I hear gets good after 9pm?

Next time I'm going to visit Aqurius, I hear this place also has talent like MM. If you have any extra time there's a massage parlor called Cleopatras on the right side of the main road as you enter the border barring left following the airport direction signs, approx. 2 miles from inside the border. I've been twice and each time was great. Nice body massage followed by extras. 6 girls working at the time I went, 4 of them rating 6-8.

I did plan to stop at Aquarius and check it out on your recommendation. In the brothels it doesn't matter if you speak spanish or not as its a quickie and the waiter helps out somewhat upfront. hopefully I can find an english speaking chica at aquarius, which can make a longer session more special. I will be there on Monday so maybe it will be slow enough that I can get a few hours back with one back at the hotel for a decent price.

finally worked my way down to this last post and answered the first of my questions - yes, Mexicali. But are the other girls from the same bar or others in Mexicali. I was there for one night last month but did not go mongering. It is a very nice city. The street girl scene seemed to be concentrated in the doorways of cheaper/older hotels and few of the girls I observed were as good as the ones I see in TJ but this was only a cursory view. I did not get into any of the bars like Bar San Diego or Mieu Mieu but if these poster girls are from those bars...they rival Adelitas girls.

I went to Miau Miau about 9:00 on a Thursday night. The club is nice enough but I wasn't impressed by the talent pool. 'Chelas' are 30 pesos. They have Tecate Light, probably the only strip club I've ever been in that has it.

The DJ was kind of amusing. Seemed to be a largely local crowd. All the dancers with one exception chose to perform to music in English. Nada de "rock en español."

The only dancer I was interested in was Alexis but she didn't come out right away after her set.

I was in Miau Miau last Thursday. Off night. Usually much better quality and quantity. Aquarius had many beautiful women though, as did Guia Guia. What is the club just down the street from Guia Guia all about? Girls in uniforms and hats. Don't seem to like gringos very much. Reminds me of an LA hostess club.

"Chela" is mexican slang for a beer. Where is Guia Guia located in relation to Miau Miau?

Long way south.. Maybe seven miles. From Miau Miau, go to south on Madero to Justo Sierra. Turn right. Go straight past the Lucerna two monuments. Look for the lit green Guia Guia sign on the right.

I was just there on saturday and I did'nt see any parking. However the drving is not a problem like in TJ. pretty easy traffic. In fact on saturday I crossed in my car twice. once at 9pm with a 15 minute wait (to USA). And again at midnight with a 2 minute wait. Bar San Diego is about 10 minutes from the border. I did see a few taxis close to the border on the mexican side but it would be a walk from the US side.

My one visit to Mexicali began about 8:00 p.m. I found a curbside parking place in Calexico, about 3 blocks from the border crossing. Came back about 3:00 a.m. and my car was still there with no problems. However, I later found out, from reading various Mexicali posts, that street parking in Calexico is not recommended if you value your vehicle.

Lord Black is advertising in La Voz de La Frontera. I haven't checked it out yet but it's close to downtown on the 500 block of Lerdo between Mexico and Morelos.

Lured by 2 for 1 beers(until 9) I checked out Lord Black on Thursday night. They basically took over an existing club and just put their sign out front.

There were a few 'cueros'. Dances in a private area are $150 pesos for 1 song.

A number of chicas including 1 'cuero' asked me to buy them a beer but at $7.50 including tip I declined.

I walked down the street to the Playboy club but didn't go in.

For those of us who use maps, can anyone be specific about street girl loactions.
Is the basic rate U$ 10.00 for a local and U$ 20.00 for a tourist - like Tijuana ?

Prices for sex in general are higher in Mexicali than in Tijuana so I would expect sg's to be no exception.

There are some sg's working next to the Playboy Club which is on Lerdo de Tejada close to the Linea. A security guard for the Playboy Club told me that the sg's charged 200 pesos and was blown away when I told him that they went for 100 pesos in Tijuas.

If your looking for street girls check the entrances of thr hotels in the area that TJ king describes above, and in the area where all the chinese resturants are. These tend to be stores on the 1st floor with stairs up to the lobby. Look for the sg's at the top of the stairs. The cops don't seem to want them on the street. Mostly gordas however, I can't see much reason to go to Mexicali with tj so close. The one interesting thing is the number of girls with chinese features, but you occasionaly see them in tj also.

Carolina's advertises in the classified section of La Voz de la Frontera. I drove by there coincidentally and popped in to take a look. $350 pesos gets you a 45 minute 'antistress' massage. Although I didn't inquire I'm pretty sure full service is available.

Carolina's is on the right side of Benito Juarez south of Lazaro Cardenas just a little farther than the Guau Guau strip club.
