Hey, does anyone know if any of these long anticipated golf courses come to fruition? We are trying to arrange a Oct/Nov trip and would
be cool if a golf course is up and running.

The only thing I've been able to find is the Mayan Resort has one and will be open in late
Nov.

any other rumors circulating?????????

They got golf in San Carlos.. Plus it's cheaper, less gringofied and MUCH prettier down there. Only downside is that it's about a 4 hr drive from Nogie. BUT IT'S WORTH IT !!

Personally, I don't find much to do in San Carlos. For me, it is not worth it.

I was down there two weeks ago and talked to some people out hustling to get people to check out the new condo's being built. They say one course is finished and 3 or 4 more are going in.

Also, some of the developers are building a new international airport.

Actually looking to buy a couple of condos/villas down there to rent out. Maybe I'll get to know some of those dancers on the side.
