The steaks here are the best I have ever had in my life! And I am very fussy! Their speciality is aged ribeye. They bring you the whole rib eye on a rolling table and ask you what thickness you want them to cut. They then weigh it and charge you pesos/gram. Again, the most tender and flavorful steak I have ever had in my life. Great prices and great service also.

This place is real easy to find. It is on the main hotel drag (Zona Hotelera) right accross from Hotel Gandara.

Sonora Steak mighty good, and convenient to the Hotel Premier next door, with its jacuzzi suites. I invited a TJ chica down to Hermosillo for a special ocassion, and she loved the jacuzzi and the steak.

I have been telling all my friends that the best steak I EVER had was here. I thougt is was just me but you are right. You will not get a better steak anywhere.

Explorer, If you like the Premier, you should try the AutoParador sometime. It is right down the road. Last time I was there I paid $400 pesos for a room with a Jacuzzi. If, however, you are there on a weekend they do not offer any rooms TLN.
