This one has been tested by Unospongebob and he says that is quite adequate, good and cheap. A few steps above the Yamallel Hotel and with rooms that go for 45 dlls a day.
If you can make good friends with security, that allows you to get girls in your room.
The Plaza del Arco is located at the corner af Pino Suarez and Madero Ave.

Just back from Monterrey and stayed at the Plaza del Arco and must say that this hotel is very centraly located for most things. 7-11 for coffee and paper on the corner, KFC and Dominos around the corner. Internet use place for 20 pesos per hour accross the street, pharmacy next door. The centro bars are within walking distance.
530 pesos per night for double occupancy and 2 beds. Confirmed with email
This place is girl friendly, but you need to confirm with security on duty at the time that you plan on bringing in your date. I achieved this in the middle of the day with some help from a spanish speaking amigo named Regio, also tipped the guy 50 pesos as I was checking out and he was very greatful and I am sure there will not be an issue the next time I am in town which will be very soon.

Yes, it is close to the bus station. Don't know if all rooms are the same, but you walk down steps once inside the room to get to the beds.

It's 2 blocks from the Central Camionera, just walk down Pino Suarez to Madero. Not sure why y'all liked it better than the Yamallel which seemed nicer from what I remembered and a little cheaper.

The diference in price is just 100 pesos and the Plaza del Arco is much better than the Yamallel and confirmed by Woodway and 6.

Yamallel's bathroom is way to small and there is not a private control for ac and heat.
We had lunch in the restauraunt of plaza del arco, it was awful, eat at your own risk, however beer was only 15 pesos per can

Plaza del Arco is a cool place. I agree with Woodway, you need to eat elsewhere.

When I checked in, I asked the desk clerk (through my interpreter) about where to find girls (Like I was some kind of stupid gringo) and he politely told me that he could arrange to have girls brought to the room for $60.00per hour- full service.

He was right on the money. I went through two strings of 3 girls each when I found Veronica. No english but kept the deal. No problems, no upselling, no scam. Nice bod, little titties (the ones we like) excellent all around.

Monterrey is beautiful. The people are fabulous and after my travels in Mexico I think I get it. A very very cool country. Too bad americans have such a poor image there, but it is NOT the Mexican people who got it wrong my hombres. Even on my way back to Phoenix from Monterrey several American "business" people were on board the bus and later the aircraft and behaved like assholes. Trying to impress the ladies etc. They embarrassed themselves terribly.
The Mexican crew handled it with all the grace and dignity you could hope for and were somewhat apologetic to others. You could tell by the look in their eye that they wanted to tell these jerks to behave and show a little respect.

I've decided to incorporate my company in Mexico, perhaps even shift manufacturing there. I'm a little off topic here but when you see the real Mexico, you can't help but be impressed. Why didn't I discover this place 10 years ago?

Not sure what time they start serving, but they are serving by the time we get there.

Woodway's right, as usual. They open at 1 PM, food's served until 4:30 or so. Drinks are 2x1 until 11 PM these days, but prices have gone up 30+% in the last several weeks. Now the drinks are normal priced compared to what they are in other clubs. But the hotties at Obsession and AWESOME food make up for it. Just don't do anything dumb like actually spend money on the girls there inside the club and you'll have a GREAT time at an affordable cost.

Countryjohn did it the dumbass way asking a fairly low-rent hotel minion for a girl. Outcall girls are available from 'Hot Service' AKA 'Club 69' (1031 Arteaga) massage for 600 pesos an hour. Almost any girl in town is available for double that amount for a 2-hour party. Or less, as '6' proved on his last trip with a hottie at Infinito, who met him after her shift with no barfine for 500 pesos.

Regio is right, I had little time and wanted to get laid without having to spend the time in the bars (that were not my "cup of tea" anyway especially since I speak NO Spanish).

I don't know if I would be too hard on the hotel either. You get what you pay for and sometimes you over-spend a little.

The service was great though, they were very polite and helpful especially since I saw TWO parades of three girls walk through my room before I picked the one that I liked (and she was very cool). I was excited when I returned to the hotel that they would arrange this. What a convenience. I'm sure that a two hour party could have been arranged. It was late and I had an early start the next morning so I couldn't play that hard.

Now there may well be a much better way to do it, more sophisticated and stylish ways, a way that might be cheaper, better in some way or other but I wanted to get FUCKING LAID NOW.

The girl I picked was beautiful in my opinion for $60.00 an hour, I'm sure she would have given up another hour for another 60 which if your math is right "double that amount." I'm still learning and one of these days I'll get it right.

When staying there, remember to NEVER exit the taxi on the right - you might die. Regio, next time we hook up for sure.

Nice hotels here in Monterrey that have discos or at least a bar are not small. To find a hotel that has action within it's premises, you'd need to go to the Crown Plaza or the Radisson in the hotel district (both 5 star hotels). Anyway, in the same general area of both hotels you can find lots of bars that have some action on weekends as you describe it.

Regio, If I start into my impressions of the Monterrey women, I'll go on for fucking hours. Mexican women are stunning. They truly are and every city I visit I see distinct differences that only add to my stress. For the short time I was there I was amazed at these fine chicas. I can't wait to get back.
