I just checked out the TJ discus board and I see Diego is a resident of TJ and has given out tips on locating a decent place there, connecting utilities, other pertinents, etc. If anyone has similar info for Nogales, please post. Due to a chica, I find the need to locate a decent place for her to reside. Thxs.
