Sakebomb - I'm leaning towards Nogales friday night. Cherry's is always first on list. If you get to Placers after 9 and we still haven't met up - ask one of the ticket sellers or Jesse to point out Santa.

I don't know for sure, but I seriously doubt the club scene will be affected by Good Friday. I'd be astonished if anything was closed Friday, and very surprised if many girls take that day off. Easter Sunday? - not sure... I might try to make it Friday night - if not, Saturday for sure.

Okay - not surprisingly, I couldn't get a straight answer on La Samantha Famosa last night, but in asking a half dozen or so folks who might know, I got a vague idea. I was told everything from "she's on vacation" to "she's working at Rio's". The latter is most plausible. I even asked the security guard at La Hotel Puta (behind Hotel Colonial) - he said she's living with her aunt across town and working at Rio's.

So, that's the best I can come up with. I was in Rio last night and didn't see her, but I wasn't looking too hard.

So, I don't think she shot anybody. If anyone sees her at Rio or elsewhere, please let us know.

And to shoot someone, wouldn't she have to have a gun? I got the impression that, unlike the States, those aren't very common in Mexico. Now I could easily see a chica stabbing someone...
