Walked across the downtown bridge, there was a lot of visitors for the Sun Bowl so Juarez street was hectic. Cleopatra is just about 4 to 5 blocks from the bridge. Once you get to Ignacio Mejia Street, turn left and it is located towards the middle of the block.
