If you really have to stay in GDL (I don't recommend it for mongering) this is a nice clean and cheap hotel in a central location. I don't have the exact address but it is off of Avenida Mexico and is under a very large tower with the words "HOTEL" on it. Cost was only $300 pesos per night. I was told that it was no problem if I brought a chica to the room.
