Anyone know where it is or the name of it to tell the taxi driver?

Bluelight: There are several, but perhaps the most accomodating is the "cyber" near the Tai Wah Chinese restaurant.
Just tell your driver you want to go to a "cyber" and they will know.
They use dial-up's (no broadband there).

There is one within walking distance. I think it is right off Obregon.

the best place to use the internet is to the right off of Obergon. the street just past the movie theater. This is one block south of San Louis Hotel. Fast connections and open 9am to10pm
