Located on Playa Norte near the Pacifico beer brew kettle monument. Very reasonable rates. $350 - $400 pesos for a double in the summer months. Rates go up with the high tourist seasons. The hotel has a pool and jacuzzi, private secure parking in the back and a restaurant. Rooms have ice cold AC. Hotel accepts all major credit cards.

A new TDclub called Freda's just opened this summer next to this hotel. I checked it out but would not recommend it. It is similar to La Botana (also in the same area). Very high priced considering the women were not attactive or friendly. But, as always, YMMV.
