This is the well-known big tourist Gringo/retirees hang out. Bar Miramar is on one of the main tourist drags, it's located on Avenida Mar de Cortez Nte. Always crowded, but judging by the patrons, it's strictly for the retired American locals only.

No mongering action here, that's for sure. Although past postings and rumors say you can meet a chica in the late hours of the night for a reasonable price. I've never seen it done in here. But late at night it sure gets crowded with a lot of the Mexican national regulars who always have a large selection of beautiful chicas who liven up this retirement home by dancing to various types of Spanish music.
