If you show-up in Hermosillo on Friday or Saturday and wander over to Oscar's Car Repair you will find this little guy selling big'ol fresh oysters for about 3-4 pesos each. I scarfed up about 15 pesos worth.
As you can tell from the photo I will soon be sending Hombre, these are huge oysters. I don't remember this guys name but he opens and prepares them for you on the spot. He has salt, lime and chile handy if you like it that way.
