I found a very nice massage place, not sure why it's never been mentioned here before (I found it on one of those other boards).
It's called Extreme Spa, and they have locations in the Zona Rosa (327 Hamburgo, 5286-3615) and Col. Narvarte (70 Bonampak, 5243-7936). I went the other day to the Zona Rosa locale (for some reason the Bonampak location was not open for business that day), and it was an experience I can recommend.
When I arrived, 3 girls were available, all were relatively attractive and young. Nothing out of this world, but nothing that would make you turn around and walk out either.
I chose Roxanna, who was a guera, very cute, with large breasts and great legs showing underneath her miniskirt. As it was my first time there, she gave me the run-down as she proceeded to give me a very attentive, if not entirely professional massage. For 400p, you can get a massage and manual release, 500p gets you partial nudity, 700p a bj, and 900p full nudity and sex. For 1500p, you can get a 2-girl massage, and you can have sex with both of them, although that price only includes one 'pop'. Roxanna gave me very affectionate and spirited, if somewhat professional service: there is not really any kissing allowed, and all sexual activities are covered. She segued out of the massage by rubbing her breasts all over my back and nether regions, and giving me some soft caresses on my inner thighs and perineum, just like in Asian/Korean massage parlors.
Then some sexual antics followed. I was with her for at least an hour, maybe more.
On my way out, I noticed more girls had arrived to work, and they were attractive as well. Customers were also starting to come in at a steady clip (I had arrived fairly early, the place opens at 9am), so I would strongly recommend you get a reservation.
The facilities were clean, and relatively upscale for Mexico, but nothing fancy. A shower is available before and after your session. It should also be noted that unlike Asian massage parlors stateside, your anonymity is not assured.
They have a website, but I do not have the address handy--you can find it in the WSG (.org) discussion posts. It is not especially helpful, since the girls' faces are not shown, and the luxurious surroundings they are photographed in are not representative of the spa's actual setting.
But if you are like me, and find the strip club scene in DF outrageously overpriced, yet the SG scene too seedy and uninspired, Estreme Spa is well worth a visit.

It's been mentioned here because I mentioned it and so did some one else. The one in Colonia Navarte just opened recently.

Sorry I have not paid closer attention to your comments/reports, but Extreme Spa does not yield any discus search results, so FORGIVE me for not acknowledging the FACT that you are the king and have already enlightened the hombres to it's existence. Lighten up, why dontcha? This isn't a pissing contest.

This place is well worth checking out. It's clean, discrete, and the quality of the talent is very good. I went twice during a business trip in June. Prices were L1=600 L2=800 L3=1000.

I think this place is every mongerer's solution to the GFE quandary in the DF. Last time I was there (April 2006), all the girls were young, good-looking, and eager to please, including DFK, DATY, covered French, and main dish--all for 1000 pesos without a clock ticking down (though only one cup of coffee allowed). 2 girls for the same will run you 1,700. Open 10 to 9pm M-F, closes early on Sat. (see website: extremesportspa.com), is closed on Sun. The only location currently open is the one at 327 Hamburgo (nearest metro stop: Sevilla or Chapultepec)--go to the end of the atrium and up the stairs to apt. #12 (a "guide" will probably stop you and ask you where you're going and if you have a "cita"--just say no, and that you know you're way). I connected with "Alejandra" in my hotel (got a 100 peso discount and uncovered French thrown into the bargain). Would also recommend "Miquela". A lot of guys were calling in to make an appt. with "Sasha", though.
