I needed to satisfy this curiosity but the cost issue still bothered me. I did the vip session with Ruth with no extra's and immediately headed for the bedroom. I paid the $50.00 to the time keeper and paid her directly once inside. We immediately got to action and I must admit that there is a world of difference between those high arm chairs in the vip section and this twin (or full) bed. The girl was even more allowing to satisfy my curiosity and the session was a complete dream. She seemed to enjoy it as well. I wouldn't want to do the "bedroom session" too often but it's a good treat for oneself once a year or so. Kind of like some people treat themselfs to a massage for their birthday. :-)

Your best bet is to peak in either and take a look at the selection before choosing where you'll hang at. None are charging cover right now since business is so bad.

just got back from a weekend in Nogales, spent last night at Placers. About the only thing worth reporting in the quality of girls is still OUTSTANDING! and it gets going alot earlier then it use to. I arrived just after 9 and 3/4 of the seats were taken. There is no slow down of business here from what I can see. Prices are higher then last time I went. On a negative note, the energy that made this place great is gone. It's just another whore house with beautiful ladies now. The music is slow and boring, the dancers act like they are serving time on stage, the girls just sit around on their boyfriend's lap or huddle in little groups. It's really quite sad how far this club has fallen. The bottom line to all this is that I came home with 75% of the money I planned on spending. The brightest stars burn the hottest right?

I was talking to the ticket seller on Saturday and told me business was good on Friday and Saturday but not good the rest of the week.

I'm beginning to see familar faces, alot of regulars go here I think.

The first price quoted has gone thru the roof, but the final price paid has gone down from a few months ago.

I was at placer's on tuesday afternoon/night and they wanted $9.00 for a table dance, and the selection wasn't very good either. Left pretty quickly. As lipsticks wasn't open yet i headed over to Rio's for a change.

This WAS my favorite club. Now, the pricing has gone out of control. I stopped in on the 12th to check it out for myself. $9 tables and $22 for privates is confirmed.

I chatted with the ticket seller about this and mentioned that there were "places" on the internet that talk about these clubs. I didn't get any more specific than that about this site, but I did say that the word was out to avoid Placers because it's too expensive. I also told him about the pricing at Lipstick and Rio and said that everyone wants to go there now. He said he'd pass this on to the manager, but I doubt it will have any impact unless business dries up.

If you guys don't mind the price increase, keep coming. If you really want to keep it reasonable, then you have to exercise a little discipline and take your business else where. Nothing speaks louder than economics. They will always charge what the market will bear.

I recommend that everyone go in for a beer, ask about the prices as if you don't know, tell them it's too much and that you're going to the other clubs that charge $5 tables and $10 privates and then leave. This will work if it happens often enough.

The girls are still pretty fine here, but I didn't see much action going on. No wonder.

The rates for the bedroom are still $150/half hour and $200/hour, everything included. That's too steep, too.

Tuesdays are now 2 for 1 timing on privates. That means 12 minutes for $22 instead of 6 min. Table dances are not 2 for 1.

I don't think they're offering 2 for 1 privates out of the kindness of their hearts. They are trying to keep up with Lipstick and Rio. Keep on them about the pricing and they will have to follow the other clubs on this as well.

After I accomplished my mission of giving them feedback on the prices I headed over to Rio and had a great time.

bedroom at Placers is now $170 for 30min. $290 for 60min. Thursday night - no deals. I asked 2 girls that know me if business has been good and they said yes. The place was 70% full while I was there. See trip report for the evening at the Hotel with Jamie.

Damn, this place must have a dozen waiters, plus another half dozen gentlemen with black blazers – let’s just call them Maitre D’s (sp). Of course, I asked for Kayla. As usual, no one knew who the fuck I was talking about. I eventually found out, after asking about the 4th or 5th waiter, that she also goes by “Poleth” (poh-lett). Whatever. First waiter tells me she’ll be along in about ½ hour. Next waiter doesn’t know who she is. Next waiter tells me she’s not working here any more. Finally, another waiter tells me that her name is Poleth and that she’ll be along pronto. He also told me the obvious, that some waiters (including his own!) will just tell you whatever you want to hear, “Choore! I got a bee-yoo-tee-full garl for joo!”

Finally, Kayla appears. She’s glad to see me. Good girl. She’s in a rush, as always, to be anywhere but with me (or any other paying customer for that matter), so my $10 ficha drink buys me next to nothing. All I want for my $10 ficha is to have her muscular ass bear down on my lap with my arm around her for chrise-sakes! Bluelight, that is basically correct. $22 is the usual private dance, about 6 minutes, maybe a little more. Placer's usually does a 2-fer-1 private at least once a night (for everyone). I got the idea from some other mongers on this board that you can negotiate a 2-fer-1 outside of it's usual time-slot for the evening. You definitely gotta slip the ticket guy about $5, and it probably doesn't hurt to show him some loyalty (tipping) for drinks, too. I've heard this works at other places, too. I've been 2/2 at Placer's in this regard, anyway. Just remember, money talks in Mexico.
