I have always loved Mexican cusine and have been curious about it's history. I know that the corn tortilla is indigenous to Mexico and that Cortez and his men were very well sustained by it in their conquest of the country.

The flour tortilla was a puzzle to me so I did an Internet search on it.

The site www.sexuality.org has an essay titled Sex and Burritos! It was really a kick to read and I highly recommend it.

Evidently, my second home of Sonora Mexico is the birthplace of the flour tortilla and the burrito! WAY COOL!
