Hi, I would like to take my husband to Nogales to check out the strip clubs there. Are any of them couple friendly?

I don't know any clubs that aren't couple friendly. And gringas ($$$) are usually welcome regardless, although they tend to show up in groups.
As with many clubs though, most gals may avoid you and your hubbie for fear you may be the jealous type. If you're looking for company, you may want to have the ticket guys invite some of the gals over, so they know they're welcome.

That's exactly what I am afraid of. I like watching which is why I want to go to Nogales - I HATE the no touching rule here. He likes watching too. I am a latina though

Welcome to the club. 
I doubt you'll have any issues as long as you're accompanying him. In the past I visited clubs with my Mexican girlfriend, who they all knew worked the bars. No problem as long as she was already with a guy.
