Go to the Herradura. It is a great steakhouse that serves all different types of meat. The prices are a little on the expensive side and you will need to take a taxi there. Best food in Nogales. Luis showed me this one. Seems to be a favorite among locals.

They would definitely know of it. Sorry, but I personally do not even know how to get there. I recommend the pork adobado. Worth the trip as really good food is hard to find down there. For traditional Mexican I like La Gran Fonda which is within walking distance of the border on Obregon.
