From the Puebla, Puebla CAPU bus terminal, take the Estrella Roja (Red Star)to San Martin.
Service every 15 minutes, trip duration 30 minutes, 18 pesos, restroom equipped.
The Estrella Roja bus terminal in San Martin does NOT have a luggage check facility.
As you exit the bus station, you will be facing East.
For hotel and laundry;
Hotel:
Exit the station and turn left.
Continue straight past "5 de Mayo" (traffic Signal).
Turn right at Independencia (traffic signal).
For Hotel; proceed two blocks (counting on the RIGHT side of street).
Turn Left on Avenida Maria Morelos Poniente.
Just a bit down the block on the left side is Hotel Manolos. 24 Hour hot water, private bath 150 pesos. Rather basic.
Laundromat; Continue on Independencia 3 short blocks to Calle F. Espinosa Oriente.
Turn left, it's a half block down on your left.
Hours 9-8, Mon-Sat. Laundry left in the am before 10:30 can be picked up around 6:00 or 7:00 pm. 14 pesos/kilo, 3 kilo minimum. They wash it for you.
Lots of internet service near bus station, hotel, and laundry.

Correction;
Hotel is on Avenida JOSE Maria Morelos.
For 24 hour hot water, you have to awaken the maintenance man depending on the hour.
Checkout time is the standard - Noon.
No toilet seats. Sink has cold water faucet only.
This hotel is acoustically "Alive" and will not suit light sleepers.
