i looked around at all the downtown hotels and this is the only one I would stay at, looked clean and quiet, $48.
can't describe the location as I wandered around a lot up and down the streets, but it's within 5 mins walk of the border.

This is a pretty nice looking hotel, but everybody posting here and ISG says it is NOT chica friendly. Considering that all rooms are accessible without going through the lobby, I cannot say how they enforce the no chica policy.
