I have found out AEROPACIFICO has 2 flights in/out of Nogales. The details are: (prices in pesos)

Only Monday and Tuesday

Los Mochis to Nogales
depart: 14:00 pm arrive: 16:10pm $1,800
Nogales to Los Mochis
depart: 16:40 pm arrive: 18:50pm 1,800

Los Mochis has daily flight to Los Cabos for $1,100

In about 3 months they will add the destinations
from Nogales.

Obregon
Loreto
Creel
Mazatlan
Culiacan
