The newest Caliente is a VIP location right next to the Hotel Lucerna where TGIF and Waldos used to be.
It is very upscale with huge leather plush seating right in front of the many Plasma screen Tvs they have. I spent some time in here and won a 2 game baseball parlay and it is all first class.
They also have a casino inside and Valet parking and a small bar. This is the nicest Caliente I have been in. It blows away the newest Caliente in Tijuana.

A few weeks ago. It is top notch. They spared no expense! You don't see any riff raff like the ones in Tijuana. Jorge Hank showed up for the gran opening. A lady that was staying at the lucerna a week before hit a jackpot for 2 or 3k.
