This new lap dancing club on Madero Street is from the same owners of the TVO, the Extasis and the Zuku Zuku.
I'll check it out after New Year.

This place flaunting itself as an 'erotic palace' right on Madero seems like somebody begging the city to crack down on such establishments. I hope I am wrong, but it looks VERY out of place on such a busy street.

As it's boiling hot these days in Monterrey, Excalibur turned out to be one of the destinations of choice to sit in air conditioned comfort during several visits over the past week. It helps that the place is half-empty most of the time, and I'm sure it's easier to cool a small bar. Funny, the building looks HUGE from the street. I guess I might have to pony up the non-promo price of $150 pesos to see what thiongs are like in the privado area upstairs one of these days.

The chicas here are about on par with the former lineup at TVO, which has gone severely downhill after this newest, most upscale sister club opened with an added presence of a couple of hotties that look like South American chicas that may have been bounced from some other upscale club.

2x1 Coronas until 10 PM, it might even be a free cover before 8. It's a 50 peso cover after 10 PM. Master negotiator that I am ( ) , I worked out a buy 2, get one cover free deal at 4 AM (they close at 5) this past weekend. Yippee!!!

The finest girl in the joint is 'Sea Biscuit', AKA, MARILYN. Sorry for the inside joke, will explain if you ever drag your ass to Monterrey.

Porker is write on about this place. I coined this hottie sea biscuit. Like Porker said, if you wanna know the joke go to MOnterey. I still love the big booty blonde that danced last at about 5am. Trust me guys it is hot in Monterey so be sure and put this place on your list as they have the best a/c in town.

You're just pissed because "Sea-Biscuit" wanted me and not you. I saw it on her face as she waited for her day's earnings at the bar. We shared a moment there - of that I am sure. She wants me. She was just playing hard to get...waiting for me to make the first move. I really liked it when she left the club and tried to make like she had a boyfriend picking her up with his car. Again, I could see she wanted...no yearned for me. LMAO.

You are right about the AC though...for that alone this place is worth a visit. And although drinks are a little pricy, they don't hassle you too much there. Plus you can get some peanuts if you are starving...or you could head down to that "Tampax" restaurant place and see Aunt Peg.

In terms of the chicas, I would say that like this club is more middle tiered, the gals are thankfully a little better looking - I'd say 7-8's. Not too too many of them - I'd say maybe 6, based on the presentation(s) that we saw over the course of 2 visits.

Bottom line, I would return here...if nothing more than to hook up with Sea Biscuit! But the "privado" prices are a little steep IMHO. Again, as you get higher tiered clubs the prices start elevating to near US prices which I find unfortunate.

I think there is a promotion of TWO songs for 150 pesos from time to time here (during the 'presentacion?'), which would make it a little more in line with its' older sister bars, TVO and Extasis. We didn't really see this club in prime form either time we went. The first time it was too early, chicas were still putting on their war-paint, second time they were all going home. Unfortunately, for me, with that kind of cover charge and those prices for dances that are almost SURELY not actual private (I'd predict a similar set-up to Good Music, TVO, Casino, T-K-CH of a common area with a bunch of couches), going early and not staying long is about the only way to do it.

Marilyn the seahorse was indeed a hottie. Her skinny friend wasn't bad either. In hindsight, we should have invited them to Ho's'R'Us to eat afterwards and then shunted the boyfriend off to the Obsession girls' table!

50 pesos cover charge before 10 PM on a Friday night, though beers are 2x1 until 10. Lapdances (not private) are 150 pesos, 2x150 pesos for 15 minutes every two hours when they have a promocion. My touree got soaked for a 420 peso jarra (pitcher of drinks) in order to politely talk to a girl for 30 minutes. I think you can all probably tell what my opinion of this place is...

Girl quality was down since this past May, though that's probably due to the deportation of several South American girls that worked there. a 50 pesos cover charge is more than Poisson charges at the same time of night... Ridiculous.

Oy!!! Let me tell you what our friend from NYC though of the Excalibur... He liked it.
The same way he liked the Harem and the TVO where he went on Saturday.
