Sounds like a great idea. I have a couple questions though. If this has been explained to the dancers as a "party" and not "work" what is their motivation to go and do anything other than drink?(other than paying them additional cash out of our own pockets) Also, if we sign up and you have to cancel because you dont have enough interest, why we be charged? (yes, I realize it is only $3.20) Having said that, I will most likely be there!

The problem I see is that there is going to be two to three times as many guys as girls. Everybody is going to want to fuck the girls at the same time. Alot of the motivation to work and provide good service goes away. 25 people x $200=$5000. I would assume about half goes to the house. This means about $200 or less would go to each girl. I don't see them wanting to fuck alot over the course of 5 hours. With this type of socialism, the attitude becomes how little can they do and still get paid. It is an interesting idea and I commend Dragoncelt for putting it together. Can you give us some more details please?

Well, presumably the girls are going to be there for two reasons - because they're making a few hundred guaranteed, and to get high. #2 in particular might put many of them in a partying mood. Still, it'll be interesting to find out how mercenary they are on top of whatever they've been paid up front.

My concerns are the same as roberto's and huskers.
More info would be helpful!!. How much of the $200 is going to the girls???. Will most want to have sexo for the flat rate??
As this is a party and not "work" I can't see most of them (especially the good looking ones) fucking everyboby for about $200??.

However, the 200 is worth it for 5 hours of lapdancing!!
The problem I see as noted above is the ratio about 2.5-3:1
the chances of getting a bunch o laps continuously may be slim.

About 10 years ago I was dating a dancer in So. Cal.
The owner of the club she worked at had a "private party" for a bunch of his favorite customers and friends. There was a steep flat rate and much was promised. Although the part came off here were the problems:

Too many girls wanted to drink and *smoke & sniff*, and not enough were lapdancing. I bunch of rich older guys brought a wad of cash and virtually commandeered all the good looking ones for the night, leaving a bunch of us stuck with the ugly ones or talking to ourselves. With unlimited booze most of the girls got drunk (good) but really didn't want to dance (bad) . or anything else (real bad).

This might work out if:

1.) Someone explains to the girls that although this is not work the guys expect to get laid or blown (multiple times) and if they won't do this dont come.

2.) Make sure we all don't spoil it for the others by bring Xtra cash and commandeering the best girls by extra/over tipping.

3.) Have food there. monger does not live by sex, drugs and rock & roll alone (Mr Bill excepted).

4. Have limits on time guys can spend with a chica. This may include consecutive laps. ie rotate them consistently.

I'm not a heavy drinker and probably only drink a small amount, having to drive back at 2:00am so the alchohol is not a big factor for me.!.

I also will not use pay-pal ever again. I got royally screwed an an ebay transaction that still leaves a bad taste in my mouth.
I will be down in Nogie within the next 2 weeks and I'll do the deposit then in person!

Make sure the owner(s) knows that if there is a misunderstanding, that it is better to give up a little to the customers as this may be a continuing thing and could be very profitable. i.e don't screw us for the small change as your lookin at potential 10's of thousands doen the road.

I want to commend dragoncelt on the fine effort he has put in for this. and remember if this does go off don't rate it by the single party. We can all improve this as it goes along, and $200 is not a lot to spend for a good party!!

As an additional incentive, make sure the girls are told that we will choose who come back for the next party. ie., if there is an incentive to get more money in the future, it will definetly have an effect on their attitude to *ahem* "impress" us.

DATE HAS CHANGED.....sorry but after I posted the party,the date changed per management.Just found out last night.IE.owners are closing for a vacation.The new date will be posted within a week and finalized.It will be either Feb.16th or 17th,23rd or 24th.As soon as its set I will post the new date.

I'm very interested. I agree, $200 for 5 hours of lapdances suits me just fine! I will wear basketball shorts with no underwear and see how many times I can cum for free!! I can't make it Feb 16 or 17.. But a Thursday sounds perfect - much better than a Sunday night.

You guys all have logical concerns...the $3.20 is a fee paypal charges just like a credit card Co.It's 2.9% + .30 of the money.Less then most regular credit cards charge you.That is the amount they charge me for taking your money.I'm not eating their service charge if not enough of you show up.IE $3.20 x 24 = $76.80.

You still have to negotiate with the dancers for sex.No way I can offer a private party with 12 to 15 dancers and unlimited sex for a flat fee of $200.If I owned the bar it would be different.I don't.

I could tell you their motivation is that they just like me a lot and are doing it for me but I would be just fooling myself there.Their motivation is money,this is one of their nights off and I'm offering them a way to make more money.

There will be a minimum of 12 to 15 dancers.Some may come from Obregon or Hermosillo who are non-dancers.I don't think the ratio will be much different than a regular busy night in the bar...closer to 2:1.

I will pay the dancers for their time that night not the bar(excluding sex)It has all-ready been explained to them it is more of a party not work but they are there to work.The incentive here would be, to be paid.I, not the manager have the right to make any dancer leave without pay If I deem they are charging either too much for sex,being bitches or getting real drunk or high.They also know that If the guys that attend and I are happy with the way things go I will do this on a regular basis.Once a month.I think this will be enough to put them all in a good mood.And If that is not enough...I do have another ace up my sleeve.

OG you have made good points.....#1 & #3 I have all ready taken care of.Point #2 is quite up to you guys.And #4,I will put a limit on consecutive laps & VIP's.(When I work out what I think is fair I will post this Info)The bar owners and I have discussed(all ready)your last point IE giving up a little now for more later.They(owners and dancers) want this to happen as much as I do(maybe more) and to be a regular thing there.

Me....I'm doing it for the challenge mostly but also because the amount of you that come here on a regular basis is enough for us to have a private party here and get more party for our money...So why not?

As far as the cost break down is concerned...IE dancer costs,club costs,booze, ect. ect. ect.,Its no different than any other business....you will have to speculate as to the costs,Sorry.I do think with what I have planned for the party and what give a-ways I do that night.....It will be WELL worth the $200.You know what you pay when you come here.

NEW PARTY UPDATE.......party wil be on Sunday the 23 of Feb.Also I changed the time from 9-2 to 7-1.

As of this date 3 people have paid deposits...The deadline for deposits is 2-17-03(2 weeks from today)You will have to make a deposit BEFORE that date if you want to attend.I have to reserve the dancers by the 17th.Are there any of you here at clubhombre that want to support this party???

I just wanted to touch bases with those who showed an interest in me tring to hold a private party in a Mexico TD bar.The deadline for deposits(100.00)is on feb 17th.Since I have to reserve the dancers by this date. If I don't have the 25 deposits by this date the party will not happen. You WILL NOT be able to pay the deposit & remainder the night of the party.As of this date 3 people have paid deposits.I thought the novelty of having a private party in a TD bar was a good one and I tried to keep the costs down as low as possible to make it happen.I myself...in my 44 years have never heard of this kind of party being offered...not to mention being able to do whatever we wanted right in the bar(not just in the VIP rooms).

Dragoncelt, I live in L.A. and TJ based for this hobby, but I really enjoy Nogales and its top tier chicas as a change of pace. I've made a few trips there over the years. I think your party is a fantastic idea even if it will be very costly. My guess is that cost is probably the issue holding down the enlistments - with the fixed cost plus a couple of nuts, it is going to be a $300 evening - alot of money for me and the other cheap ass Mexico mongers.

Nevertheless, it could be a unique experience and I personally don't have a problem with letting go of that amount of money for an event like this one. I have been meaning to make a run to Nogales and so I'm considering my visit in conjunction with your party. Problem is I won't know until precisely the deadline day of 2/17 whether I will be free to get away to Nogales the following week.

I hope enough guys come through and support you and that the party goes off...but with at least one opening still available on 2/17. I trust you will have the most up to date status of the party posted on the deadline day for deposits. If it works out that I can go to Nogales, I will be online on 2/17 to leave a deposit.

Unfortunatly foer me, I will not be able to attend because of a prior biz commitment that weekend ( I had hoped that the 2/9 would hold up , but unfortunatly, no)

Erip has a good point, I go to Nogie because I can get "real cheap and hassle free sex", and when it comes down to it you will probably need to budget $300 for it. This is not bad IMHO for what is promised. But you gotta remember your charting new territory here and a lot of mongers will probably take a wait and see attitude.

If the party does not come off. I wouldn't be discouraged, just try again, with a different date and more lead time.

You might however consider some alternatives:
lower upfront cost, and higher backend cost. This way you can see what services are being used, ie., how much alcohol is consumed, are there a LOT of laps, a LOT of VIPS, would it be better to charge a litle for the laps and VIPS, and a little for the drinks and a lot less upfront.

I would kinda like to see a more american style experience, where you dont have to buy those damn tickets and instead tip the girls directly, or buy an unlimited time in the VIPS for a fixed amount. This is why I think your idea of a party is inherently a good one, but just need to get the right formula.

I think you might try marketing in some of the other "venues" how about trying the WSG forum or bigdoggie or TER for the tucson/phoenix area. I am sure this would be a safe and familiar way to introduce many a new monger to the Nogie sex scene. I know a guy that routinely spends several hundred dollars a month on just two providers in tucson. He resists going down to Nogie because, like a lot a Americans, he is downright xenophobic about leaving the US.
(This is not racist, they are just as uncomfortable going to Canada or even England) Having a "handholding" experience is a private event with all or mostly gringos would go a long way to assuaging anybody's doubts about their safety.

Some people has reccomended that you just rent a hotel suite or other venue, to keep the cost down. I don't think it will be any cheaper though, and having it at the club will go a long way to improving future events.

I really want to thank ben for the idea and the work he has put into it, and I'm confident we'll get one of these ideas off the ground.

I think the idea of a party is great. It would be fun to meet all of you guys. However, I think it would make more sense to throw a La Tropa style party. Get management to kick in a little free food, drink, and maybe a little chica wrestling. The clubs are pretty empty these days so space would not be a problem. Management would welcome a large group of gringo spenders. I just can't justify spending $200 on drinks and lapdances. I never get lapdances in the clubs. When it comes down to it I prefer brothels and hotel dates better these dates. Still I go to the bars to socialize, watch chicas strip, and setup hotel dates. The bar part doesn't cost much for me. I spend my money with the women usually.

I have to fully agree with Roberto. The only thing I might add is that the $200 plus price tag is for an event that you can't 100% gauruntee. What I mean to say is that too many things could go wrong on the night of the Fieta. Some of the girls might flake out and leave early, for one example. As much as you might try to cover all bases, DC there are still so many intangibles that could backfire. It is a NOBLE effort on your part and I thank you for it. But no matter how hard you work, IMHO, you can never really trust allot of these folks and even if they SWEAR everything will go as advertised it may not. And there wouldn't be a whole lot you could do about it. It is a great idea. For me, however, It is just more money than I am willing to wager on TD's employee accountability!

yes phoenixguy....NO PARTY.I made the post last night at about 1:30.Griff....you made a good point but as far as the dancers showing up and staying...I think I covered that base..no pay till the end of the night...simple.As with everything in life It's A gamble.Hell a safe could fall out of the sky and hit me on the head when I walk out the door...does that stop me from going outside? Answer...NO. Roberto....La Tropa party may be a good Idea...For right now tho....I can't see putting any more of my time in on planning parties here as I'm not convinced I would ever get the attendance no mater what the price tag.Just seems like too many non-belivers to me.Just my 3 cents worth.

Dragoncelt, the $100 up front was probably a big problem for lots of might-be attenders. Unfortunately, most guys haven't met you, and would be very reluctant to send someone $100 through the net sight unseen. Dunno how else one could defend against the "I'll be there's" though.
