There are a bunch of legal brothels around the city of Sydney. One in the Kings Cross area is called The Palace. Another with older asian ladies seemed to be Maggie's Place.
The Palace had a couple of cute girls and some hefty ones. Price was $150AUS for half hour full service, $200AUS for 45 minutes, and $260 for one hour.

There are also places for women. Several years ago I read the trip report of someone who worked in the Neveda brothels and who took her vacation in Australia. It was funny reading her impressions of what it is like to be on the customer side of a line up after years of being in the line up itself.

Sydney is actually a great sex travel destination. The advantages are that it is not all that expensive (less than USA but more than most of Asia), it is safe (usually no scams) and the brothels are usually OK and legal (usually). Recommendations include Tiffany's and the Penthouse. You pay around 200-250 AUD (about 120 USD) for an hour and the girls usually can have a reasonable conversation with you. The girls in the brothels also have real health checks. Forget about the street walkers. Most of these are drug addicts or single mothers. The bonus is it is a great city also. Have a great time.

You haven't lived till you have been to "Touch of Class" in downtown Sydney.
The place is amazing... been there over six times. Prices average US$120. They have rooms with a jacuzzi. The women are extremely polite & professional. Selection is excellent!!!
When you enter this place they take you to a small sitting room (they have many such rooms). They then parade the women and you make your selection(s). You then follow the hostess to your suite/room where you work out the price. They do an examination using a light of your testicles and penis to insure you don't have a V.D.
They move you room to room to protect your privacy... you never end up seeing any other customer.
The establishment accepts all major credit cards.
I highly recommend this place!
