I do not know if this will help. Years (ok decades) ago, I was in Turkey. If I remember correctly there was a zone where a lot of bars were located. I never spent enough time in the bars to locate any talent.

But at that time there was a compound where you could go to have sex (then it was just a couple of dollars). They had police located at the gate and bobwire on top of the brick/cement walls. (So no one could enter or leave except through the gate.) The area coverd about 2 (small) blocks. You would look through the window/door to see a bunch of ladies waiting and when you picked your girl you went in. They took you to a dingy little room and brought the girl to do the deed. My understanding that the girls were all in jail and were working off fines (I do not know if that was true or not).

I do not know if the place still exists, but all I did to find it was to ask a taxi driver.

I have been there a few times and it is still there in Istanbul, at least as of a few years ago. It is in the shadow of the Galatea Tower, or something like that down a side alley. Very safe and patrolled by police at the entrance. No cameras allowed, they searched me, but to their credit, held it for me until I got back without asking for Baksheesh.

Women were from tolerable to miserable with a couple diamonds in the rough. There are East European women available elsewhere, but this appears to be where the working class Turks go. I was the only foreigner there that night that I was aware of.

I lived near Adana many years ago for one year, and there was a compound similar to what you describe in all of the larger cities I visited. The locals called it the "kehani" (not sure of the spelling, but pronounced kay-ha-nee), and like you said, any taxi driver would take you there. The one in Adana was larger than two blocks, but the women were visible in various states of undress through the windows, and when you saw the one you wanted, you just knocked on the door and they would let you in. There were always 10-20 locals gathered at the windows just looking. I was told the same thing about working off "debts to society", but also that some of them were working off a father's or husband's debt. I would pay the girl, then she would be given a token that she put in a little bank. As a young man, this was my first experience with paying for sex. Little did I know at the time, that this would become one of my favorite hobbies, and lead me around the world by my...uh... Anyway, I don't know if these places still exist, but the ones I went to looked like they had been around a long time, so my guess is that they still do. Turkish customs don't seem to change that much from one generation to another.
