Damascus as a relatively secular Middle Eastern country has quite a few at the high end hotel bars where you can pay top dollar for the imported East Europeans much as in the Gulf... or you can have a taxi driver take you to the really cheap one start hotels that double as brothels where the locals go for a handful of dollars (Also usually East European Imports).
