All I can say is, that for Dubai, this place rocks and on an international ASS scale this place is still very nice. Cyclone closed down a few months ago, unfortunately. You could get prices down lower than what you paid, but if they think they can charge you $200, they will. York has more than Africans, it also has Chinese, but it's not too clear now where all the Cyclone alumni have scattered to (some went to York, some to the disco in the Hyatt, as well as other places). Don't know if there is any prospect to Cyclone reopening anytime soon.
