Chez Paree is located in downtown Montreal at 1258 Rue Stanley, right off Saint Catherine. I'll say up front that I don't think you can get any extras here.
I came here on the recommendation of an escort I was with. Of the two strip clubs I've visited so far, this one was clearly superior regarding quality of the establishment and attractiveness of the strippers.
Cover was $5 CAN, the admission girl has a tip jar if you feel inclined. The bouncer will take you to a seat and expect a tip. I gave him $1 CAN. My beers were $8.75 CAN. Access to the VIP area for private dances is $5 CAN. Each private dance is $15 CAN. I don't know if you have to pay for VIP area access again after you leave, but I would assume so.
About 5 of the 20+ strippers were gorgeous. I ended up buying a private contact dance with a beautiful blond named Jenny. Contact dances allow for roaming of the hands with the exception of the lips and vagina. I got some good feels, but Jenny wasn't a very good private dancer. I actually got bored before the end of the song (Closer by Nine Inch Nails). I didn't buy another dance and left after that.
I might visit Chez Paree again if I get bored over the next week, but I'll probably be better off if just stick to the options that provide some release.

The private 'lap-dances' only last for 1 song? So less than 5 minutes for $15CAN? You are American visiting Montreal on holiday or work? Thanks for reporting on the escort & strip club scene there.

Yes, the lap dances were only 1 song. This was true for the four strip clubs I visited. All were also $15CAN except for Club Cleopatra which was $10CAN.
