If you take the metro to Principe Pio you can connect on the outside train line there to a stop called Las Matas. Once you exit the train there you cross the foot bridge over the highway and look right. You'll see the sign for Flower's Park, its about a 5 minute walk from there. The problem is that that train stops running at around 11:30 pm, so if you're at Flower's Park too late (which I was), a cab back to the city is going to run you around 40 euros.
At first glance Flower's Park wasn't much to look at, you walk down a flight of stairs into a giant bar that seemed a little outdated. All around the bar are women, maybe 50 on a Monday night, none of which seem particularly Spanish. I chatted with some Romanian girls, a Ukrainian girl and a few girls from South America.
Flower's Park has onsite facilities that for all intents and purposes cost 5 euros to use, so whatever price you agree on with the girl, add 5 euros. One beer at the bar goes for 10 euros. They didn't have a business card so I can't scan it.
I put out some feelers to figure out the going rate and I was hearing anywhere from 80 euros to 300 euros from the girls. The girls here weren't super aggressive, a few would approach but most would just let you know they're available by waving or winking or whatever
