Trip Report (Lima, Peru)
June 9 - June 18
Miraflores neighborhood

I visited Lima last year for a brief 5 day recon trip so I know some of the basics. I was excited that on this trip I would meet the Lima veteran RTGooch who would show me around. Always keep in mind that these are my personal opinions and observations, YMMV. Prices listed in this TR are in the local currency, Peruvian Nuevo Sol. During my trip the exchange rate was 2.82sol=$1usd.

Overview
Lima can be an acquired taste. I am not the sightseeing, adventurous type. I travel for the hobby almost exclusively. When I am not sessioning, I handle my business on the internet. But if you are, you will love Lima as the starting point for your eco-adventures, such as visiting Cusco and Machu Pichu.

Lima or more exactly the tourist friendly neighborhood of Miraflores is great if you enjoy gambling and gourmet food. The presentation and taste of the food is exceptional for the prices. You can find a great meal to fit your budget.

If you are a monger that loves bush, you will love Lima. No baldies here, I came across neatly trimmed to full bush in all my encounters here on this trip.

Where to find the girls?

Spas
There are 3 locations of Relax y Vida. They offer spa pampering with happy endings. The GFE (kissing, cuddling) factor is high, unfortunately FS is not on the menu. Body rub on a massage table, sauna, jacuzzi then HJ and/or CBJ is part of the routine. The girls range from cute to model material. Cost=90 sols plus 50 sol (the standard tip for the extras).

Banos Turcos (Turkish baths)
I went to the Lions Spa (open 24/7) and Princesa. These men's spas have a low 25-30sols entrance fee which let you use the wet or dry saunas, hot showers and relax in the lounge/bar area. You can watch TV & eat a light meal if you want. Sexy masseuses walk around to offer their services while standard massages are on offer. Servicos generally mean FS. At Lions Spa, which I can recommend, the session is 150sols for an hour plus the house fee which vary from 0-30sols depending on the time of day. During my visit, there were up to 6 available girls at 9pm. 3 were very do-able.

Strip clubs
RTGooch introduced me 4 places. On the high end were Club 69, Emmanuelle and Scarlets plus a lower end one geared for the locals called Kilate. I did not session at any of them, I can't offer you all the specific info and some of the costs are still fuzzy. If you like the idea of seeing a hot stripper on stage and then be able to bang them after the show then these are good places to check out. In general there is a 25-50sol entrance fee. Drinks for the girls are in the 30sol range but I am not sure if it is a required purchase in order to session with the girl. The featured dancers, usually the hottest looking quote $100us ST. Most are looking for 300sols for the hour plus a bar fine/salida of 150sols. Only Club 69 has no on-site rooms, the others charge for the room. RTGooch says in general expect to pay $200us, all in. Kilate should be less expensive, I think 150-200sols=hour including the room.

Brothel
Las Cucardas is located in an industrial part of Lima. Can cost you 40-50sols R/T taxi ride. Entrance is 25 or 30sols. Inside there are two hallways lined with rooms in which the working girls do their thing. The girls stand in their doorway, some will try to attract your attention. I was there on a Wednesday evening about 10pm. There were around 50 local guys, drinking & watching some of the girls strip in the bar area while a few gave their salaries for ST action. There were probably 25 chicas working. I found 3 or 4 very doable girls, but I did not partake as they were occupied very quickly & often. Next time I would get there when they open at around 6pm and try to get to the girls when they are 'fresh'. The one chica I spoke with quoted 50sols/20mins; 60sols/30mins and 100sols/hour.

David33 girls
You can find him on another board and contact him via email. Let him know in advance your trip plans and he will arrange girls to see you at your hotel or apartment. His girls are cute, sweet, young non-pro girls looking for extra income. The recommended amount is 200sols for a couple of hours plus 20sols for taxi.

I found taking photos difficult on this Lima trip as most places will ask you to check your stuff (including cellphones) when you enter. They put it in a little locker/pouch for you and give you a claim ticket. David33 discourages the posting of photos of chicas he arranges for you, so I will respect that and not post any here. So I have no chica photos to share in this TR. Next time if I can get some of the massage girls to visit me at my apartment, I think I will have no problem taking photos. The internet escort girls are pretty savvy so I think photos will cost additional if they let you take them.

Topfotog,
Thanks for posting your trip report.

I have a few questions:

1) Can you comment on the quality of the drinking water in Lima? For example, in a good restaurant is it safe to have ice in your drink or order lemonade etc.

2) I have never been to a sauna before. I assume the "dry" sauna is hot and/or steamy? I assume it gets uncomfortable after a while.... How long did you last in the dry sauna? Can I skip the sauna and go to the massage direct? :-)

3) What is the best time to visit Lions Spa i.e. is there a rush or busy hour in this place? How long is the taxi ride from Miraflores?

Thanks for your help!

BKK:
As I can recall, when you order water in eating establishments they usually bring you bottled water. I am not a big ice person so I have no answer for you. In the apartment, I bought bottled water and put it in the fridge. I also made hot tea (with the bottled water) using an electric kettle which was provided in the apartment. It's a fairly metropolitan city, I assume the water is safe to drink. I think it also depends on your body's tolerance.
In the Lions Spa, this are two 'dry' rooms. One is hotter than the other so you could rotate between them. I think I lasted 30mins and it felt very refreshing after you towel off the sweat and have a nice shower. The wet sauna is full of vapor and you can't flirt with the chicas because you can't see thru that stuff. Might be fun to grab a girl and have her play with you in the saunas or showers, but I don't think that's allowed :-(
Lions Spa is probably 10mins by taxi from Miraflores in leisurely traffic. I only went there once on this trip but I seem to recall someone telling me that if you get there around 6pm-8pm you get to see all 3 shifts of chicas. Which is what I did :-) Someone will correct me if I am wrong.

RT here. I was waiting until the whole report was up, so I could comment on my adventures with Top, but I need to say one thing: The tap water in Lima is NOT safe to drink. Everyone there drinks bottled (or filtered) water. I've been in houses of some poorer families and they boil the tap water to make it drinkable.

As to BKK's question: Yes, you can trust the ice in all restaurants, both good and lower-end, because they all buy ice. Anyone that will make you a lemonade will be making it from bottled/filtered water.

In the mid-to high-end restaurants, you will see glasses of un-bottled water on tables. They come from filtered taps and are perfectly safe. If they weren't, I would be dead by now.

oooooooooooh Peru!!! oooooooooh Peru!!!! The main problem with Peru these days is that horrific exchange rate, I don't go to Peru unless their Escubiobo goes to 4.00 to the dollar. Any lower than that, I'd rather go to Tulsa where the exchange rate is currently 1 to 1. Can't beat that.

BKK: I tried to edit my original post but I think getting to Lions Spa from Kennedy Park is more like 25mins in the taxi cause it's was 35-40mins by bus with a lot of stops.

Choc: With the USD being the way it is now, you'd better stock up on lube and stay home to JO. or just drop some dollars at the Hong Kong Bar, I guess. BTW, just renewed my visa for Brazil ... $140 but now it's for 10 years.

They are giving 10 year Brazilian visas? WTF, I just got mine and it was for 5. When did they start doing that?

By Topfotog on Thursday, July 01, 2010 - 07:05 pm:  Edit

According to the Brazilian Consulate General of New York's website, the higher fee and thus 10 year visa started June 4, 2010.

I apologize. WHAT!!! Ten year visa to the BR!!! Put me down for three of them!!!!

By Laguy on Saturday, July 03, 2010 - 08:40 pm:  Edit

If you look at the fine print regarding the timing of Brazil's offering of a ten-year visa, it states "timed to begin just after LAguy gets his Brasil visa renewed."

Damn them!!

US Dollars for exchange

I forgot to mention that if you are going to bring US bills to exchange with the street money changers, make sure the bills have no rips, wrinkled or a piece missing. They might not accept it or will try to give you a lower 'damaged' rate. Bills that might be perfectly acceptable in any American city will be frowned upon by the street money changers.
